I immediately contacted the host to come to a resolution but didn’t receive a response for over a day. Then went back and forth with multiple different “hosts” over the phone and after multiple days of trying to contact them efficiently I was told that a tech would come and fix the issue. Only to then be told it wouldn’t be fixed and that I had to take time out of my work...
