"We were only here for one night but we would definitely stay again. It was nice to be able to control the room temperature with a traditional radiator thermostat. The room was nice and warm when we arrived but at night we were able to cool it right down. Other hotels we’ve stayed at recently have been very cold. The staff went above and beyond to help us, the young gentleman on reception organised a taxi for us and was so polite and professional. The only problem was the shower didn’t seem to work quite right for shower pressure but maybe it was just our room. We look forward to staying again and hopefully will have more time to visit the spa etc. "

"Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a good sleep, bed was very comfortable. Shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water. Only downside, room was tired and carpet badly stained."

"I cannot fault anything, wish water were a bit warmer, might need new renovation in the near future, rather than that I always have an excellent experience with holiday, this might be my 100 nights overall in the uk and around Europe too. The food in the uk always is an extra mile compare to the Europe one, but the facilities are slightly better in Europe. Big thanks to the holiday in staff for making such a pleasant experience. We will visit you soon in couple of months. "
