"The owner was very attentive and respectful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked recently remodeled and it was immaculate. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered within minutes to our room. This motel was small and as the name suggets, cozy. There was a brook on the side of the building we stayed on and they had a picknik table and a round table to sit on and enjoy the water view. "We were looking for a place not too expensive to just spend the night. This place fit the bill; clean and comfy. Bathroom needed some work and the floors were quite slippery, just coming in from the bad weather. Nothing a few scatter rugs and bathmat could fix. Bed was comfortable and a nice little dining table for 2 near the window. We'd stay there again."

"Stayed here for Solid Sound Festival since it’s a 10 min drive to Mass MOCA. It was exactly what you’d expect from a motel. Clean and comfortable. Perfectly met our needs. Coffee, orange juice, water cooler, and some pastries were offered in the office in the morning. It also looked like they were in the process of upgrading as mattresses and other items were being removed from some of the room the morning we left. We’d stay here again."

"Booked a king bed but when I got there they told me no cable in that room.
