A big spacious 3 Bedroom Main Floor furnished with elegant Versace living room set & a lovely dining area. The kitchen has plenty of sunrays when cooking pancakes & eggs for breakfast. With 3 cozy rooms to choose from accommodated with desk & night light. Its a peaceful surrounding with a view of a gentle green backyard close to the 401 with 2 convenient buss stops if needed to make your way downtown to enjoy a walk by the river, a great pizza restaurant's & night life bars with turbo dancing floors.

Basement is occupied. Laundry and parking is shared.
4 spaces + in the driveway.
