Love this property!
This is my 3rd time staying at this property for an annual girls trip with friends. The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed, quiet, great location, pool is fantastic and the owner is so nice to work with! I'm sure we'll be back again!

Cozy wine country house
Very comfortable and cute house in great Sonoma location. Everything you need for a fun vacation in wine country! We cooked meals, barbecued and played games.

We absolutely loved our stay, private and spacious for our group. The view of the pool area and beyond was breathtaking. We had a wonderful weekend, visited some great wineries that were very close to the property and would definitely return here again.

Perfect Get Away!
This was the perfect house for a girls trip to Healdsburg. The location was great, we were even able to walk to a few vineyards. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommend this property!

Second stay at this lovely property
This was the second time I've stayed at this property for the weekend. Well located in the midst of beautiful vineyards and close to Healdsburg. I especially love the front and back outdoor spaces, and we enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace when it was cold. Definitely recommend this spot.

Great weekend getaway
We shared the house with another couple and had a great weekend! The house was perfect for a relaxing, fun weekend with friends. Easy drive/cab ride to town but far enough away to relax. We enjoyed the fireplace and pool. Wish I was there now!

The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Convenient location, a couple of wineries are within walking distance and yet only a few minutes drive to the town. Very responsive communication by host from beginning to end. Overall, a great experience!

A perfect house and location!
If you’re interested in a great location from which to do wine tours in Sonoma and Napa, then this is the perfect house. Very clean and roomy for two couples. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pool is an additional bonus after a day of touring wineries. Our only minor critique would be that the yard area could use some improvements.

Wedding Weekend
The property was perfect for six guests, really enjoyed the heated pool as it was a little cool during our stay . The view from the front porch was perfect with great sunsets over the vineyards and hills !! Our host was great with all of the communications prior to the trip!! We will definitely stay again when we visit The Healdsburg area!!

Lovely serene wine country getaway
We very much loved our relaxing stay at Vineyard Vistas for our mini-reunion amongst five college friends for our 45th birthdays. Beautiful setting and grounds. All the amenities were wonderful. Close to town and nearby vineyards. Many thanks!

Perfect Getaway
We returned to this property and enjoyed it just as much as our first time. The pool and view are lovely. The outdoor shower was just a delight. With the restaurants of Healdsburg close by, this retreat met our needs perfectly! Communication with the owner is top notch too. Can’t wait to return.

Proximity to J and Rodney Strong Wineries
We had a most enjoyable stay at the Vineyard Vista. The home was well equipped with everything that you could possibly ask for in a kitchen. We enjoyed the large pool after wine tastings at both J & Rodney Strong. The house was so close to both tasting rooms.

Great get away house, close to downtown Healdsburg and wineries
Six of us stayed three nights in August and really enjoyed the house's layout, outdoor area and great pool. The home is conducive to relaxing with friends and catching up. The home sits back away from the road and has a beautiful view out to vineyards across the street. Also, it's a quick drive in to downtown Healdsburg. I'd recommend staying here and am looking forward to coming back.

My girlfriends and I loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse... Nilus was attentive to my few questions prior to arriving, the house was beautiful, the pool and small vineyard lovely, and we even had a little fox family living behind us. An easy 5-minute drive into town. A sweet spot!

Nice place, great location!
Wonderful place with clean renovated interior and great outdoor deck! Everything was furnished, big open kitchen.Two full bathrooms. Master in-suite bathroom is very small. Shared bathroom is quite large. Be aware when booking there is a long walkway to house that cars are not permitted to drive on. Let Nilius know if anyone in your party has trouble walking. Nilius is very attentive and responsive. All in all, a near-perfect stay when visiting wine country.

Had a wonderful get away, when we arrived we entered the home with music and wine. Creating a comfor
Pool is beautiful and very relaxing. Location I expected to be a little closer to town but the drive is beautiful. We had trouble with the pool light Niles was very responsive which was very appreciated. The house is lovely so many amenities only downfall was the shower in the master bedroom, there is a huge crack. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for wine tasting. Space is limited in baths and house is dark. We found beds were without flat top sheets just duvet covers. Property manager was responsive however informed us that another company handled the sheets and we were left waiting to hear if sheets were coming, they did not. The gas grill wouldn’t reach a temp higher than 250. Photos online and nightly rate had us expecting a higher-end property.

A SLICE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH!
What an amazing setting! House is so warm and inviting. Perfect wine country experience, including roosters crowing, cows mooing and the evening tree frog symphonies, not to mention the view and sunsets! The pool was perfect and the outdoor shower was wonderful!!! Doesn't get better than this! Being here from Georgia in August was great--weather was so refreshing, cool, crisp mornings, daytime the pool was inviting, hot with no humidity, and evenings, after cocktails and dinner on the deck we even had a fire in the fireplace. We love Healdsburg and had lunch in town, but stayed home at night to enjoy our view. Nilus is a great host! I swiped some lavender from his garden to make a sachet. We will return for sure!

Not Fit For Seniors!
I had fully disclosed to the property manager that we’re 4 seniors traveling together. Never once was I informed about the very long walk from parking to the home along stones. There are no guide rails up the stairs to the front door. The “landscaping” is weeds. The pool cover was never opened because it contains debris and leaves. The inside of the house is cute and was clean. Overall, we were disappointed.

Amazing house and location
We stayed for a week at this lovely, very comfortable house. It was absolutely spotless and so well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals including sharp knives (which is very hard to find in a rental!) We have never had such thoughtful touches in a rental before (amazing soaps, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, fun games, books, spices, olive oil, etc.) The owner Nilus was super helpful as well. We had a problem with the water pressure the first day and he came out to fix it within hours of my text to him. The pool and outside area are fabulous and such a great spot to relax before and after wine tastings. Lastly, the location can’t be beat. It’s across the street from J Vineyards and Rodney Strong and a very short drive into downtown Healdsburg. The next time we are in the area we will definitely rent this house again.
