Hotel Ruby Marie

3.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (742)
"The Hotel Ruby Marie is literally next-door to the Essen Haus but the Essen Haus is closed and going to be torn down for a new development. It was very difficult finding another restaurant in the Wilson Street area. We ended up at a McDonald's! Yuck! On the other hand, the Ruby Marie is very cool and maintained beautifully plus the included breakfast was yummy! A great place to stay as long as you don't want to go out at night."

"Buckingham Inn is a lovingly restored arts and crafts style home. The University Suite is spacious and very well equipped. Innkeepers are great and very accommodating. This is so much better than any hotel in the area if you want to connect with the true Madison WI experience, especially for the price. I highly recommend it!"

"Our recent stay in Sun Prairie was wonderful. Randy and Connie are outstanding hosts. They greeted us when we arrived. Showed us all the features of the home and were available to answer any questions. They suggested places to take our grandchildren. The house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Sun Prairie and is a short drive to Madison. Our grand daughter told us she wants to come back and stay in this our again."

Quietwater Cottage- Scenic, On the Water, Nature&Birds, Peaceful, Nearby Skiing!

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (233)
"We stayed here 12 years ago. Not much has changed. Oven needs to be replaced. If we were to come again I think my camping furniture would be more comfortable than the couch. Maybe time for some updates. Great view. Bird watching was excellent and the little Christmas tree was a nice addition. "
