**Welcome to Our Cozy Cottage Retreat!**

Nestled just 200 steps from our beautiful community beach, this charming cottage is the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure. Whether you want to unwind by the pond or engage in outdoor activities like kayaking, fishing and swimming, you’ll find plenty to enjoy here. In the summer, fire up the BBQ on our deck and bask in the sun, or gather around the firepit in the evenings. Winter transforms the landscape into a wonderland where you can ice skate on our pond or cozy up by the electric fireplace indoors.

**Connectivity Meets Comfort**

While you’re surrounded by nature, stay connected with Wi-Fi and smart TVs featuring Netflix. Perfect for a couple or a small family, our cottage accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. We welcome one dog per reservation (up to 75 pounds) for a non-refundable fee of $50.

**Cozy Living Spaces**

Our open-concept living room features a dining area and a flat-screen smart TV, complete with games and an inviting ambiance from the electric fireplace.

**Bedrooms and Bath**

- **Master Bedroom:** Enjoy a queen-size bed and a small desk for remote work.
- **Second Bedroom:** Perfect for kids, this room has a bunk bed with a twin and full-size mattress.

Our bathroom includes a shower (no tub) with complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels. A washer/dryer is available.

**Kitchen Essentials**

The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with an air fryer, microwave, and coffee machines (both regular and Keurig). We provide basic supplies like tea, coffee, cream, sugar, dish soap, garbage bags, and paper towels. Please note that we do not have a dishwasher, so consider bringing disposable items for convenience.

**Outdoor Enjoyment**

Our backyard, open to the woods. Enjoy grilling in the summer, but please remember to clean up afterwards. We recommend bringing mosquito repellent and firewood (available nearby) for a cozy evening by the fire.

**Convenient Check-In and Policies**

- **Check-In:** Experience contactless, keyless entry. Access codes will be emailed on the morning of check-in.
- **Pets:** Prior approval is required for pets.
- **Parking:** Space for 2 cars is available; please park in front of or beside the cottage and please do not block the street.
- **Security:** Our property is monitored by a security camera at the front, respecting your privacy indoors.

The cottage
The weekend that my girlfriend and I spent here was fantastic. Ana was very helpful and the cottage was beautiful and cozy. Hiking trails, food, bars, and stores all in 10 minutes or less driving range. Would easily stay here again, nothing negative to say at all!

Amazing stay
Stayed as part of our weekend getaway and our experience was amazing! The home is very clean, comfy and modern! My favorite thing was the indoor electric fireplace. It made for a cozy movie night. Highly recommend anyone staying here. Great location, great home and great renters.

Relaxing Stay
The cottage was great, very close to (walking distance) to the lake and there is a boat launch as well. We sat outside by the fire pit and watched the wildlife for a bit, we were close to restaurants and about 20 min from the outlets. It was a very relaxing weekend which is just what we wanted.

Cutest Cottage Charm
We loved everything about this cottage. The back deck was a surprise and the back yard with the swings and fire pit were the best for a crisp fall evening! Ana was the most communicative host. I definitely recommend this home and we will stay here again. The kayaks were a bonus.

The owners of this cute little cottage have gone above and beyond to make you feel at home. The cottage is beautifully decorated, fully stocked, clean and has a great location. Communication from the owner is top notch. I would definelty stay again.

Vacation. Gem!
Experience stars with communication with the host prior to arrival. Our interactions with Ana before we ever got to the property were wonderful! Ana responded to all questions promptly. Her warmth and professionalism shine through. We rented the cottage because we were having a major renovation at our home. We stayed for two weeks. The house is lovely; pictures don’t do it justice. It is spotlessly clean and charmingly decorated. I’m a writer and chef. The little office area off the bedroom was perfect for writing. The quiet, calm atmosphere was really conducive for my writing. In fact, I wrote more in two weeks than I had the previous month! The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals. Cabinet space is limited, but there is plenty of open shelving. The cottage is a short walk to the pond. The pond is spring fed. The water is warm, and while we were there, the lake was calm. My husband enjoyed canoeing and fishing. We used floats every day. The pond is a bit weedy, which is common for New Hampshire but the association works hard maintaining the beach. We spent every afternoon at the water and loved it. We didn’t really use the outside space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the PondeRosa cottage and highly recommend it!! Thank you for a memorable experience!!

Very cozy spot, great place to bring your dog
We loved this home, it was perfect for our stay to attend our daughters wedding. Close to everything, but affords a lot of privacy. Our host was always available for questions and the dog walker she recommended was a gem. Would definitely recommended staying here!!

Great getaway from the hustle bustle .
I especially enjoyed having breakfast out on the deck. We were able to slow the pace and really relax. The cottage was very well provided with everything to make for a nice stay. Next time I go, there was a "Really Cute Diner" 5 minutes down the road that I will be sure and visit. Thanks Ana.

Great Weekend
The place was well kept, clean and welcoming. We walked to the beach in the morning and sat under the tree in the provided beach chairs. My son and my husband enjoyed the kayaks that were available for use. The location was perfect for us. We will stay again when we visit again!
