Lorraine is such a wonderful host, always helping with any information we need and goes out of her way to help me with storing my luggage before checkin and after checkout.The location is fantastic, just next to the Town centre and bus stops. "It was clean and well presented, the owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, fairly spacious with a most excellent shower. We missed breakfast the first morning due to taking part in an event, but found they had left us some bananas and apples for us. We had the full breakfast the next day which was spot on. And they have their own parking spots for 4 cars! Definitely will use again , as we had a lovely stay. "

"Maple Bank is a gem of a place. Super location literally 100 yards from a bus stop, which has an hourly bus right through to midnight, with a £2 fare cap! We chose to walk in to Keswick one morning which took about 50 minutes. Check-in was great and informative, outlining options for breakfast for vegetarian & vegan choices. "We were met on arrival and every morning with morning with a cheerful welcome. The high quality breakfast was cooked to order with a good selection being offered. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable which laid the base for a wonderful stay in Keswick. I would definitely use this B&B again."

"Excellent service at our 4th stay. Foods brilliant and theres alway good beer and gins etc at the log fire heated bars. Room was warm and bed really nice. Hot shower was also good with its downpour in a jungle type fittings. Room2, right by the stairs but not at all noisy. Weather was wintery but its winter... wasdale is a great place and just round the corner. "Room 2 is cozy and comfortable. Both room and ensuite were very clean and welcoming. Breakfast is cooked to order and our hosts were very friendly and informative. We got a chance to join in the feeding of the owls, visit the rabbit hutch, talk with the parrot and pet the dogs. The place is a little sanctuary for animals of all types. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we visit the area."
