"Did not like the view since there is a Home Depot like center around. However in the other hand, there was a grocery store around open from 7am to 8pm and around 20min walk to the metro station. Very bad was the late check in to hotel since employees leave at 2pm. The login software wasn’t easy to navigate. We saw a lot of upset people during check in procedures. Would give here only one star. Otherwise 4 stars when employees available."

"Very clean, comfortable room. Nice bed and shower. It is very close to the University, but you should know that there isn't much else around. There is a small grocery store and bakery below the hotel, but for restaurants you'll need to take a tram. That said, the Augsburg tram system is very easy to use, and it's not far into the city center. But the hotel itself is great. I would definitely stay again."

"I had a lovely stay here. The hotel was in good condition and the staff were helpful. The roof-top patio and spa area is pleasant. The immediate area is not as lovely. It is set on a fairly busy street with a Getraenkemarkt and gas station directly across - so lighted red signage is a main component of the view from the windows. It is about a 10 minute walk to the lake."

"This hotel was clean, modern, and had all we needed for our stay in Munich. A definite plus is the short walk to a Lidl grocery store and even shorter walk to train. No need for a car to get into and around the city. Teh neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest. "
