In the school summer holidays, kids will also be treated to some entertainment, including party dances, game shows, and cabaret acts. KITCHEN - Spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen perfect for sociable cooking. Loaded with everything you will need to stay in and cook if you so choose. Full fridge & Freezer.
BEDROOMS - Master double room, 2 twin rooms. Single blow up bed in the living room.
BATHROOMS - Main bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Additional ensuite toilet.
PARKING - Private parking space beside the caravan
DECKING - Small decking with Rattan sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table with comfortable cushions.
PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES.

*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 48 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
Lead booker must be at least 25 years old.
Any bookings with all adults must contact us in advance to be approved due to the property being on a family holiday park.
