"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

"Absolutely beautiful property which suited our needs perfectly! Unfortunately we were on a business trip working long days so didn't get to take advantage of the fab amenities"

"A successful and flexible holiday rental. Plenty of room. Older family members found the staircases more of a challenge because the treads were not of even depth and quite steep."

"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bradford on Avon. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating at all times. It is a perfect location in town and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will certainly be back and will recommend to other."

"The apartment has been recently modernised to a high standard. It is bright, airy, spacious and very comfortable for 5-6 people. Our group with various dietary constraints meant we ate in and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were all comfortable with super bedding. Tammy was responsive and available. The location is convenient with everything within the City walkable, and lots of snack bars, cafes, restaurants, pubs are all minutes away. Parking is tight - but there is a central car...

"Does what it says on the tin, could do with a better and lick of paint but apart from that was perfect for us as a family, great location very wide small steps upto the flat"

"A beautiful little cottage, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We made the most of our short stay by visiting Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Salisbury and Bath. Being December it was lovely returning to a warm and cosy Rose Barn. The freshly made bread, butter, marmalade and jam were a lovely addition. We would definitely return."

"The apartment was as stated and shown in pictures. There is a large car park around the block from the apartment - handy information to know ahead of time as we drove past the property a few times before determining there was no driveway. The VRBO site noted close to public transportation- bus to London right outside the door! Close to dining options, and there is a nice supermarket at the car park area. "

"Enjoyed my stay and the greater Salisbury area. There is noise from the neighboring busy road, making some sleeping a little difficult. But the flat was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen adequately supplied. It was especially nice to have a clothes washer handy. A bathroom mirror is needed. A good space for one or two but no more as extra bed linens are not supplied for the couch."

The apartment was roomy and well appointed and Siobhan our host had provided some thoughtful welcome items in the fridge which were well appreciated. The central location made exploring Salisbury very easy by foot. Highly recommend the apartment for those looking for a comfy location from which to experience Salisbury."
