Nice but be sure to have a car
"The property was beautiful and the hot springs were a delight. The personal spa was a nice surprise but it was a bit dirty. We had a difficult time finding transportation to the Hobbiton since we had no car."

"Very kind and accommodating hosts. Had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we needed. Loved the rural setting with our bovine neighbors and lovely birdsong throughout the day. Had a wonderful stay and the town of Tokoroa has everything we needed for groceries, gas, etc."
