"The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits."

Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. "House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. "Quiet and very comfortable. Although I didn’t use it the local pub has a good reputation and there is a local Nisa. The continental breakfast provision was excellent. Limited cooking capability but fine if you are ok with microwavable meals."
