Wonderful quiet 2-room apartment in Dresden Kesselsdorf near highway

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the 1st. Floor. The multi-party house is accessible via a ring-shaped access road. There is no transit traffic. The view of the natural surroundings is from all rooms, except the bathroom.
The balcony is accessible via the spacious living room. This has a couch with ottoman and another couch. Guests can be accommodated in two additional sleeping places if required. A dining table with up to six seats completes the comfortable ambience.
The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a thermostat as well as a microwave.
There is a bathtub with a shower and a washing machine in the bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk.
The car can be parked in a closed underground car park with double parking. Larger vehicles park in the parking lot in front of the house.
Despite the quiet location the traffic connection to the state capital is excellent. Due to the direct proximity to the B173 and A17 the desired route can be reached without traffic jams and city traffic. Around the corner there is a bus stop of line 333.

Dishes, towels and bed linen are provided, as well as a WLAN connection to it. All additional costs are included. For longer rentals, we recommend our optional weekly cleaning service.

Smoking is only welcome on the balcony. Pets are allowed by arrangement.

In the village Kesselsdorf there is a supermarket for the daily necessities, four bakers, medical and gastronomic facilities and a 24h service station.
