BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Elk Haven Ranch is a private retreat located in a secluded valley in Bozeman, offering guests breathtaking views of the Bridger and Bangtail Mountains. The property boasts a two-level home and an additional apartment bunkhouse above the garage, accommodating up to 18 guests between both spaces. The main house features two living rooms, a large porch off the main level, and an additional patio off the basement with a hot tub, offering plenty of space to relax and catchup with family and friends.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The main level of the home houses the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. There is also a half bathroom right off the kitchen. The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level, including one with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the backyard, while the other queen bedroom shares a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the back patio. An open concept sleeping area with two built-in twin bunk beds is located off the downstairs living room.

DETACHED BUNKHOUSE: Above the garage, the detached bunkhouse includes a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bedroom with three sets of twin bunk beds, as well as a full bath with a walk-in shower.

KITCHEN & DINING: The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room area boasts vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and two large islands with seating for up to 10 people around the bar. The kitchen also features two industrial sized refrigerators, two ovens, two dishwashers, a wine fridge, microwave, stove, warming drawer, and range, as well as a large walk-in pantry. The dining table can seat up to 10 people and the porch is easily accessible from the dining room featuring an outdoor table that seats up to six, a BBQ grill, and smoker.

LIVING SPACE: The main level living room has a gas fireplace, a large couch, and a flat-screen TV, while the library on the other side of the fireplace offers two armchairs for a more intimate setting. The additional living room area on the bottom level includes a flat-screen TV, a comfy couch, and a small workout area equipped with a bike, treadmill, and yoga mats.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The property's outdoor amenities include a six-person hot tub nestled amidst the trees, a large patio with dining for up to 10, a firepit (available during summer months), and a gazebo by the large, stocked pond down the driveway, perfect for a picnic with your loved ones.

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is the closest airport, which is approximately a 30-mile drive from the property. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended during winter months.
