"Overall the stay was good. Would like to shout out the staff at the front desk when we stayed on a Saturday night. The room next to us was very loud and we had to get up at 5:30 the next morning. "This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time. "

BeeBops Grill was an unexpected find after spending the day hiking in the outskirts of Ohio's Amish country. I was in the mood for a burger and would have settled on anything that wasn't a chain. I was lucky enough to stumble upon BeeBops. I got a 1/2lb bacon cheeseburger. The burger came topped with provolone AND there was even more provolone stuffed inside the burger! The accompanying onion rings were huge, crispy and crunchy. I only got a half order, but the fat kid inside me was pining for more! As a guy who normally skips condiments, I was won over by the horseradish heavy dipping sauce. As a side note, I saw numerous patrons ordering the daily special. It was a mountainous twin peaked plate of the aforementioned onion rings and lightly fried fish fillets. If you find yourself hungry and in Wilmot, skip past the numerous Amish buffets and give BeeBop's a shot.
