"Wonderful place to stay close to Main street"

"Great place to stay when visiting Lake Placid. Very convenient location!! We could very easily walk to breakfast, dinner, etc, and it's located right next to the Olympic facilities. Beautiful architecture as well. Only downside is it's starting show its age. But, I would definitely stay there again!"

"Stayed two nights while on a May 7-9 ADKS fishing trip. Check in was super easy, room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and I enjoyed my stay there. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious, unlike some other hotels, and I loved the shower that had plenty of hot water after a cold, rainy day on the river. While there was no microwave in my room there is one available in the office, which I used a couple of times. I would and will definitely stay at the Hungry Trout again."

"We LOVE our little Lushan cabin! It is just large enough for my husband and two little fur babies (mini doxies). The little cabin was designed so well! The floor (wood and tiles) are heated. Two sky light windows right above the bed! Plenty of storages (under the stair to go up to the loft bed) and the little writing desk. Bathroom is large with fun "terrazzo" style tile. Very stylish! Sofa is large enough and the bedding are soft and comfy. There are also great amenities within the hotels, we used the fire pit, roasting s'mores and ordering beer or wine from the bar while our our fur babies running around. There is also an outdoor Sauna which we used and enjoyed. The hotel is situated near the Main Street in Lake Placid yet very quiet. Our little cabin is set on the back of the property and overlook the Chubb river. Staffs are friendly and attentive, we ordered breakfast baskets twice and both were delivered with warm pastries and hot coffee right on time. We really enjoyed our stay at the Eastwind Lake Placid location. Really great property and great value. I would love to visit again, if not this location then the Catskill location."

"We were there off season so it really was very quiet and peaceful. The customer service was beyond compare and the room was large and comfortable. The balcony was perfect and the view was amazing. The pool and hot tub in the main lodge were wonderful but a bit more of a “hike” for us from the Waterfront Collection. Unfortunately I found the pool and hot tub at the Lake Lodge to be in disrepair so we did not use them despite the fact that they were closer. "

"Rm35 easy parking, soooo quiet, great view, comfy chairs, big flat bed - not too hard not too soft & no sag. Perfect pillows, fridge with a lil freezer, coffee maker, tv, carpet soft under foot, great shower - good pressure and temp... everything was excellent. Our favourite stay in the USA so far. We should have stayed longer. Well done Devlin 10 out of 10"
