Great location, great communication, loud night life
Robert was a very responsive property manager throughout the entire process. I do think we were some of the first people to stay here so there may be some kinks Robert has worked out since our stay. The location and size of the apartment is great. Everything is very walkable and you're right in the middle of the action. With that, there are a few things out of the owner's control that should be noted: there is a bar on the floor above the apartment so we could hear and feel loud music until 2am from Thursday to Sunday. If you're a light sleeper or have kids, I would not recommend staying here. The elevator in the building is a bit sketchy so be aware it's four flights of stairs up to the apartment. This is in an urban location so you will hear people throughout the night and parking is challenging. Robert was very responsive to our concerns about noise and will hopefully provide some ear plugs or sound machines for future guests to help with this! Otherwise, a great location in downtown Wilmington. Highly recommend walking to Drift Coffee for breakfast burritos! Just two blocks away.
