This was a very well curated appartment. Subtle, which made it very comfortable. Sunrise view from the two rocking chairs on the porch was very nice, and it was a lovely place to sip your coffee (or beer!) Everything you want and need is a short stroll away, including the wonderful Wilmington Riverwalk.

Perfect location for a weekend in the historic district. Restaurants, coffee shops, the theatre, the river - all within a block or two. The filet at Tarantellis was fantastic. Appreciated the king-size bed. Great stay!

This place was really nice. Very well kept, walking distance to everything down on Front st and Market st. You can’t beat it for the price and location. Would definitely look to rent out this place again. It made my wife’s Mother’s Day weekend getaway so much better.

This property was fantastic for a weekend in Wilmington. We came into town for a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion. We parked our car on Friday and never moved it until we left. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed great food, drinks and tours. And a great concert, all with this comfy, beautiful VRBO that was in the best location

Amazing Property, Location, and Owner!!!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo! It is in the perfect location to walk anywhere in downtown Wilmington. It’s beautiful, clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable place. It also has a nice balcony to relax on. Also, the owner is very friendly and the check in process was super easy. We definitely will be staying here again when we come back to Wilmington!

Location location location! Joel’s property is perfect for a weekend in Wilmington- close to many restaurants, bars, stores, the Riverwalk and more. The parking pass was also a huge plus- the lot was right next to the property. Joel had great communication with me and recommended some great places as well. Definitely will be back!!

This property was fantastic. A great location close to everything downtown and close to the water. It was very clean and had a TV with lots of channels and options. It had a king size bed with very comfortable flannel sheets, and lots of different pillow options. All of the appliances worked well and were in great shape. The shower was good and all of the furniture was good as well. The host was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here

Wilmington Downtown
Perfect location within easy walking distance of the River Walk, restaurants and bars. We also had to travel back and forth to the UNCW campus and this location made it quick and easy! All rooms were very clean with a full kitchen and ample space in the bathroom. The parking lot was right across the street and it was well lit and safe. We will definitely look at this property first during our next trip to Wilmington!

Very clean, location excellent and parking pass is the key. Apartment fully stocked and great ac.. Hotel across the street charges $26 per day for parking. Be careful with other properties unless you want to move your car 20 times per week. Elijah s and the george are good restaurants on the river.

The large sofa showed in the pictures is NOT a part of the unit. It is a common area that can be used during the day. The place is nice and clean, but rather small.
