Worst stay ever. Roaches everywhere, sink was clogged, WiFi didn’t work, 2 people couldn’t shower at once without the water shutting off. Worst stay ever

Cute loft apartment in downtown Wilmington
The loft was clean & pictures as shown. Few small things with instructions would have made the access/trip easier-exact location of parking deck, where to put trash, tolit paper (even just a small amount to get you started after a long drive). The loft was close to lots of restaurants & bars. Very short walk to Cape Fear river where we enjoyed dinner & beautiful sunsets. The biggest downside was the noise level. Very loud all night, every night we were there up until 4am. No fault to owner just hard to sleep. For me this experience/location would make a good girls trip but not a family trip for us.

Very strange entry, 50 dirty stairs to room door, pass code expired, parking passes didn't work, Security alarm constantly going off 24/7. Such a pity cause the place is pretty nice inside except dirty window sills. Then almost zero pots and pans to use and you're welcome, I bought and left the salt and pepper. Location ONLY suitable for the younger people as the nightlife sounds are heard through the paper walls and old windows. On the positives: the interior is very nice, beds and sheets nice.

Beautiful upstairs townhouse style place spacious pretty big bedrooms and both beds were comfy! Nice kitchen setup both fridge and freezer good and cold laundry area close to the door in great spot in my opinion! This spot is awesome if there for R&R and don’t want to drive much. Amazing spots to eat, the waterfront walk, and shops of ALL kinds in walking distance! Me and wife both loved it will definitely stay here everytime we come to Wilmington!!!!!

Great location!
Was in town for a conference and appreciated the central walkability of this location - easy access to restaurants, waterfront, and conference center. We did experience the street noise that other reviews mentioned - white noise apps on our phones helped! Condo was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Not clean, and up to date
Upon checking in, after 10 hours on the road we opened the door to find out the property had never been cleaned, mind you we checked in well past check in time. None of the beds were made there was dirty linen and towels in the bathroom along with hair and unkept toilets. The trash can was overflowing. Upon calling the owner who was very responsive she informed us that housekeeping could not get out to the next day. To make matters worse there was a commercial alarm system that went off nine times in the first hour, and 420 in the morning. That was addressed on Friday and always good after that with the alarm. The windows for old and very few opened because the air conditioner didn't work we had it set at 65 and it was 81 on Saturday when the temperature outside was above 83.

Great VRBO in the middle of town!
Property is really nice with high ceilings and a beautiful kitchen. There were 2 queen beds. 1 was great and the other needs a new mattress badly, totally sinks in the middle. My husband and I had to sleep on the sides of the mattress. Towels were old and mismatched, only 4 large bath towels. Place needed some light bulb maintenance. Both bathrooms were missing several vanity light bulbs at the sinks. No shower soaps, shampoos or gel wash. All the sink soap disposals were empty. With a little extra care this would be a really nice place to come back to. Also, communication with the Property Manager was very poor. We had an emergency after midnight and she didn't respond until 8 am the next morning.
