Absolutely Love this Rental!
We were in town for the weekend for a family wedding. I was so happy to have found this rental! It was as cute as can be, exactly as pictured, clean, tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable, nice linens, equip with everything we needed and centrally located to everything. The best part was the amazing fenced in backyard! I am always so thankful and grateful to find a pet friendly property. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental, would definitely book this home again if we ever visit again! We had a great stay, thank you for having us!

It was okay, not the best
The home was okay. It definitely needs some work. Upon arriving we found the floor bubbled up in multiple places and tripped on it throughout our entire stay. The home appeared clean but after a closer look we found it wasn’t very clean at all. Stains on the sheets, dirty dishes, the dishwasher hasn’t been run in so long it smelled horrid, stains and dog hair all over the couches. As a previous review mentioned, we also saw multiple cockroaches and other bugs in the bedrooms and kitchen. We understand it being a coastal area but there were way too many bugs to feel comfortable. There were no curtains or blinds on many windows which also left us unsettled being it was a busy street. The exterior of the home was not kept up at all. Back yard was completely unusable and unkept. This place served its purpose for us but we definitely would not stay again and do not recommend.

Family reunion stay.
They could have cut the grass and trim the bushes so we could enjoy the yard and better lighting in the bathroom .

It was nice, but…
The house was nice but needs work for sure. The kitchen floor is bubbled up in several places and feels like it’s going to fall in when you walk across it. The outside of the house looks really bad. Bushes need trimming, but I assume they are overgrown and wild looking to serve as privacy for the windows which have no curtains or blinds. The windows which did have curtains, well the curtains were dirty. The front door has large gaps when closed, which probably helped to lead to the roach issue. I understand seeing one maybe two roaches when staying near coastal areas, but we saw several in the daytime which tells me there’s probably a lot moving around at night. I understand that it’s an older home and you are trying to keep that “old home” charm, but renters don’t care, we want clean, roach-free, level floors, and a front door that you can’t see the outside when closed. I probably would not rent again.
