Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!

This unit is part of a gorgeous , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom in addition to this unit upstairs, we well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

Highly recommend
This is a delightful property on the 2nd floor. It is in the historic district of lovely old homes, and less than 10 minutes to the riverwalk. Steven kept us well informed about check-in and promptly answered any questions. A great stay in a well-equipped apapartment.

Good location and good communication
Simple vacation rental, no frills, exact as the listing. Good if you’re in town for a wedding. The ac unit in the bedroom is very noisy so we turned it off, the unit would probably have been way too hot in the summer months for us. Something to keep in mind if you are noise or temp sensitive. The owner is very quick at responding and provides good directions. Plus a free parking space behind the home!

Awesome place to stay!
The unit is just like the pictures and the check in/out process is perfect. I would definitely come back to this location! However, make sure to keep car doors locked and you may want to buy bug spray if you go during warm months!

AMAZING
Needed a place to stay for just one night in Wilmington and let me tell you this place did not disappoint. The unit was very warm and welcoming, and really encapsulated the quaint vibe of the town, and Steve (the host) was super helpful. If we ever come back to Wilmington we definitely know where to stay!

Incredible!
This property was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and orderly, well decorated and had everything I needed and more. A fabulous neighborhood close to downtown and secluded enough to feel private. It was hard to leave once my stay came to an end. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive- I had to call and ask if I could check in early and was allowed to check in almost immediately, which really saved me a ton of inconvenience. I would recommend this quaint little place to families/couples, or just yourself. I can’t say enough good things. 100/10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cute, Historic and Easy Access to Downtown
We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. The house was clean and charming. We enjoyed the easy walking distance to the downtown waterfront, where all of our activities were. The only suggestion would be to update the air conditioning units. The master bedroom unit struggles to keep up.

This apartment was perfect location to explore Wilmington. Great neighborhood, and walking distance to downtown. Parking was super easy, as was the check-in and check-out process. Our host was awesome and accommodated our earlier arrival time. Would stay again!

The property was exactly as pictured—very clean, simple & cozy. The AC units kept the place adequately cool, esp for an older house. The bedroom unit is a bit noisy. The location is perfect for walking downtown and along the river walk. i only stayed for a night for a quick trip but really enjoyed the place and would stay again. Steve was very responsive to any question or issue I had and was willing to let me check in early.

Cozy clean property short walk to downtown
By far one of the cleanest rentals we have been in. We enjoyed how close the property was to downtown and how cute and cozy it was. Steven was great to communicate with and our entire trip went by without any issues. We will definitely stay here or another one of their properties on our next trip to Wilmington!

Beautiful, quaint apartment right in the heart of Historic Wilmington. My daughter and I loved it! She's 7 and we were easily able to walk to downtown. apt. had every amenity we needed. Quick and excellent communication with the host.

Cute place in downtown Wilmington!!
Had a quick stay here and loved it! It’s a very charming little condo in downtown. We were super close to the river walk and all the restaurants and shopping! The host had great communication and the instructions for check in and parking were very clear and easy. We liked that there was a private entrance and parking. Definitely recommend staying here for a visit to downtown Wilmington!

Great Place
This was a great little place to use as our home base for our mother daughter get away. We walked downtown and explored and used Ubers to explore everything else Wilmington has to offer. Very clean and private. I was thankful for the off street parking available.
