This is a second story spacious apartment with its own private exterior entrance. It is right downtown Wilmington and will experince typical down town activities and noise. It is 6 blocks to the entertainment district with lots of bars and restaurants or 10 min easy drive to WEC, Roberts Center or the Renaissance.. It has a small desk for work space, full size range and fridge and large kitchen table, pull out couch for additional sleeping and stand up shower.
