Perfect Lake Getaway!
Great location on Lake Conroe with Lakeview. Next to the Southern Enpress Dinner Cruise, which was amazing as well! Very clean, easy to communicate with host.Will definitely be coming back!

Very nice and quiet. We even got to feed a racoon down at the wave restaurant! Cutest little dude ever! I believe we will be renting this place again sometime during the future.

Golfing at Bentwater
Room was clean, Plenty of pillows. We didn't want to drive anywhere when we got there. The dishes at the restaurant were surprisingly good. Seemed like the tortilla soup also had some cajun crab boil seasoning in it. Delish. It was great. Musical vibe out on the restaurant patio was cool.

The furniture and floors was very nice & clean, I still cleaned a few things before using. Love having the Keurig and a few staples to get you started. The view is beautiful. Walking distance to The Wave restaurant. My only issue was the thermostat couldn’t go below 71 & it felt very warm at that temp. Maybe it was the humidity we weren’t used to.

Short stay.
The location is a beautiful location of lake Conroe! Everything was difficult to get around and the elevator was out and my husband uses a cane! We were on the 3rd floor which would have been ok if the elevator was working! So I would not recommend for seniors or anyone with a handicap! I will be more careful to choose handicapped accessible from now on!

Great for mini vacation
The condo was very clean and nice. Elevator was broken and that would have been nice to know since we are in our 60’s and stayed during the hottest week we’ve had so far. But we dealt with it. Only a few outlets worked and those and none in the bathrooms and kitchen worked. I’m not sure the owner knows so I will tell her. They just kept tripping every time we used them. View of sunsets is magnificent. I would stay there again.

Lake Conroe is absolutely exquisite! My goodness, the peace and serenity was what we expected and we experienced just that! These condos sit right on the lake and the views were spectacular! The condo was very clean, quite and cozy! They are in need of a little TLC. But I tell you we had very quick responses before during and after our stay from the condo owner. She made the stay very pleasurable! My husband and I will return for a boat cruise next time. They had no cruises scheduled during our stay. The restaurant right next door was nice and the people we encountered all over Conroe was very friendly! We enjoyed this so much we will return!
