Large apartment centrally located in Willingen Usseln - Fewo Zentral

Central maisonette apartment in the holiday resort of Usseln for up to 8 people with 3 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with a view of the garden and the town. The light-flooded row house was renovated in a modern way and equipped with new box spring beds and new furniture.
Pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, playground and post office in the immediate vicinity.
We run an e-bike and ski rental. Shops would be a sports shop run by us as well as a shoe store. There is also a REWE in town.
The apartment is centrally located and the train station and several bus stops can be reached directly.
Tourist tax € 1.50 per person / night.

Die Fotos gaben in keinster Weise den Zustand der Wohnung wieder Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig Auf dem Balkon standen schrauben aus dem holzboden Die Küche war für selbst Versorger unterirdisch eingerichtet Und nicht sauber Die allgemeine Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig

Alles in allem war es super. Der Herr, der sich kümmert war sofort nach Ankuft vor Ort und hat uns alles wichtige erklärt. Preis Leistung, da die Unterkunft nicht das wichtigste bei solch einem Urlaub ist, finde ich Top. Man braucht auch für den Preis in solch einem Gebiet keine 5 Sterne Wohnung erwarten.

Lage von der Ferienwohnung ist Top, Vermieter ebenfalls Top freundlich, das was zu bemängeln haben war die Sauberkeit. Vielleicht hat der Vermieter ein neues Reinigungsteam das noch nicht so gut Abgestimmt war. Bad und Küche war "not fine" und der Gefrierschrank tropfte (was dem Vermieter bekannt war) Daher kann ich leider nur ein mittelmäßiges Feadback abgeben.

Zimmer waren gut, alles war sauber , freundlicher empfang.. Was nur schade war das es im Haus keine spühlmaschine gibt.. Bei 7 personen dann noch jedes mal spülen hält halt auf.Aber bekommt man auch hin. Würde wieder buche die Unterkunft

Zentral gelegene, aber leider kalte Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt super, um mit Kindern ein paar Tage im Schnee zu verbringen. Leider wurde die Wohnung nicht richtig warm. Das war bei den Temperaturen nicht so schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche muss nachgerüstet werden, denn man muss alles für 7 Personen zusammensuchen. Sonst ist es eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung.

Insgesamt in Ordnung.super war eine Bäckerei direkt vor der Tür und Pizzeria direkt neben an. Kleines Manko für uns 1 Dusche für 6 Leute war nicht so toll. Für mehr als 6 Leute eher ungeeignet.

Die Aufteilung der Zimmer im OG vor der Ankunft zu wissen wäre hilfreich gewesen. Durch das "Kinderschlafzimmer" ins Bad ist nicht besonders glücklich. Und der Lichtschalter fürs Kinderzimmer ist neben der Tür vom Elternschlafzimmer.......nicht praktikabel. Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber Beim Geschirr war das nicht der Fall.

Goed gelegen ruime vakantiewoning met 2 slaapkamers en goede bedden. Een paar fijne restaurants ernaast/er tegenover. De hoofdkussens waren slecht, er miste een gordijntje in het dakraam van de grote slaapkamer, de deurtjes van de douche sloten niet lekkagevrij, de wc-bril zat los en zo waren er nog wat kapotte zaken. De schoonmaak zou nog iets beter kunnen, evenals het onderhoud. Verder een prima, ruime vakantiewoning met complete keuken.

Heel mooi, net appartement in een gezellig plaatsje! Eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk! Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen, dit was prima. Voor 8 personen vonden wij het niet geschikt.

Ferien im Zentrum von Usseln
Anfahrt: eine deutliche Kennzeichnung am Haus als Ferienwohnung hätte uns sehr geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Leider fehlt im oberen Bad eine weitere Dusche oder Badewanne, wenn man mit mehreren Leuten die Wohnung besucht. Ansonsten war alles top in Ordnung und wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Schöne große Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung haben wir mit vier Erwachsene bewohnt und hatten viel Platz. Großzügig und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr gut, insgesamt fehlte es an nichts, jedoch würde ich mir etwas Deko wünschen zum noch gemütlicheren Verweilen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch immer zu erreichen. Da aber alles in Ordnung war, haben wir ihn nur zum Ein bzw auschecken gesehen. Sicherlich worden wir diese Wohnung nochmal mieten.

die wohnung war im allgemeinen sehr schön, nur die küchenutensilien hätten ein bisschen sauberer sein können ( backofen, wasserkocher der nicht zu gebrauchen war) Kaffeemaschine konnte man erst nach einer gründlichen reinigung benutzen. in manchen bereichen ließ die sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig

Prima voor een paar daagjes
Prettige locatie midden in centrum usseln maar geen geluidsoverlast. Ruim. goede eerste indruk uitbater. In de keuken konden nog wat spulletjes toegevoegd worden, bijv. Wel een oven maar geen ovenschaal. Maar over t algemeen prima. Bedden waren oké, maar beiden wel wat last van onze rug/ vaker wakker dan normaal. Jammer dat er geen dvd speler was voor de kids.

Ruim huis om te verblijven, de tweede badkamer is ook een luxe. De keuken is redelijk uitgerust. Goede bedden, waren opgemaakt en schone handdoeken waren aanwezig. Helaas was het slecht weer zodat het skiën niet goed ging. Er zijn 2 terrassen dus zomers vast ook heel aangenaam. Wat er mist is een goede WIFI en een extra relaxstoel. Met 4 of 5 op de bank is te krap. Er was wel gerookt voordat wij kwamen. Je mag er ook roken dus daar hadden we wel rekening mee gehouden, maar toch niet fris. Echte anti-rokers kunnen hier beter niet naar toe gaan. Voor ons was al met al een fijn huis, makkelijke mensen, een reden om terug te komen.
