We had a major issue in that the bottom bed sheet was badly ripped in one place. We reported this to the host, but we didn't receive a replacement. "Such an amazing hosting experience. They made us feel like we were at home. The hosts also had a guide to Antigua with distances from the rental, recommendations on what to do and helpful tips on how to get around. It was perfect for my small family. Traveling with a toddler is always a lot but having so much space and access to a huge backyard really helped! "

"Loved the Villa. Our only problem was driveway was made for golf cart, but we worked around that. Lovely breezes at night, did not need ac. Jilly Richards was a wonderful host and kept up with us and our needs. Jeanette came and plugged in our WiFi, which we had neglected to notice the plug. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store."

"We stayed here for a month. This is a great villa with a private pool, a nicely equipped house, and a great view from the upper porch for morning coffee. The house is located in the middle of the island and close to 5-7 outstanding beaches. The owners are delightful people and very responsive. They know how to operate a rental and please their guests. We did end up getting a rental car--walking up and down the hill, especially in the dark with not much of a shoulder wasn't really convenient for us and a little longer than 7 minutes. "We couldn't ask for a better experience than what Coleen provided for us. Her home is spacious, beautiful, clean, and secure. She provided extra towels for bathing and the beach. Plenty of cuttlery and cookware. Her instructions were clear and she was very helpful every step of the way. It was easy to reach her and she kindly checked in with us during our stay. AC units and TV's in each room which is bonus. The wifi worked well. Don't hesitate to book her place. You won't be disappointed."

"Antigua Village was (I think) the first resort to be built on the island - and theres a good reason why they chose Dickenson Bay. Wonderful sandy beach - now somewhat dominated by the huge Sandals neighboring resort. We did go 19 years ago - before Sandals and it was great. AV is still in great condition and it laid back, fairly basic but clean, tidy and maintained. Studio was OK for space, large patio makes up for the relatively small size. Cleaners were great (every day) and there is a little store there for (inflated) basic supplies. First Choice supermarket is about a mile down the road. Local restaurants ranged from OK to great. Explore the island (by day - as the potholes can be nasty at night!) or just sit on the beach chairs - drink in hand, and relax."
