Great Place for Families
Great place to stay! It was clean and the amenities made it very comfortable. Plus, it was very close to Busch Gardens and Downtown Williamsburg. Our kids loved the pool and used it everyday.

My family had a great experience here. We only stayed 3 nights, and wished we could have spent a week here! The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was professional and courteous. I loved my experience at Parkside. The front desk staff and Concierge are very professional, helpful, and courteous. The condos are equipped with all of conveniences of home. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and efficient. A great property overall.

The property had a lot of great amenities to use during the stay. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The only thing is that if you are on the bottom floors you will hear people walking/running above you. It’s a family resort though so that’s sort of to be expected to an extent.

Parkside Resort is a great place to stay. The ladies at registration are very nice and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom condo which was nicely decorated and comfortable. Your own little home away from home. The grounds are beautiful and the pool looks like fun. Wished I got to enjoy it. The batteries in the front door died and we couldn't get in the second day, but maintenance was quick to fix the problem. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 now needs a little more space than a typical hotel room so we opted for this as some friends have a time share here and recommended. The people that worked there were super nice and they didn’t push time share presentation on you. The condo was spacious, stylish, comfortable, very clean and well stocked. We stayed here due to close proximity to Busch gardens and water country, but unexpected surprise was the nice pool area with slide that my kids loved to come back to and eat dinner at after a long day at the parks. We enjoyed Parkside and would return.

It is a little home away from home. Two bedrooms with a master suite, did not expect that. Lovely little spot. The balcony I owned to the trees and a gold course so it was pretty quiet and enjoyable. Full kitchen and I mean full. Stackable washer and dryer, tvs in every room and a fireplace in the living room for those colder months. Absolutely was in love with the place.

Overall the rooms look clean and I like the kitchen with full utensils. There were some ants and spiders here and there in the rooms and my kids are not happy about that. Rooms need deep cleaning. The key card was not working a couple of times during our stay and have to wait outside in the heat for maintenance to come and open the door for us which is so annoying

The room is musty and smells. There is dust everywhere, the bed sheets have stains, the towels smell. There is no daily housekeeping. It’s next to impossible to get extra towels. The shower has no door causing water all over the floor… and mold. Yet they want you to sit through a timeshare presentation!?!

The dishwasher was not working the entire week. Someone came out and checked it and was told someone would come the next day that never happened. I had to wash dishes everyday for my family while on vacation.
