Our very extended family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The condo was great, the resort has such a variety of amenities to enjoy, and its proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown was perfect.
Great property in a central location to the area. Very spacious and comfortable apartment.

Williamsburg Trip
We had a wonderful trip. The koala people were very helpful. However James in the Concierge desk tried to involve us in a scam against Hilton (very unpleasant).
Most everything went well. Our 2B upstairs Deluxe original unit had a problem but we were told that at check in, new unit was fine. One morning the coffee shop was closed & no note on the door to explain. But the resort was beautiful, communications were excellent, check out was easy. Overall 5 stars.
Our rooms at 429D were upstairs and looked as though they were brand new. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary tools to cook breakfast or dinner. The Manor House was as nice as the houses we toured in Colonial Williamsburg. Our favorate restaurant in town was the Mellow Mushroom for the Mighty Meat Pizza
This place was great for our family of four. It was spacious and well-maintained. It was clean, but it could have been cleaner (lots of dust everywhere). It was close to everything we wanted to visit and lots of dining options. We would definitely come back!
This timeshare/condo property was so lovely! Each morning we enjoyed driving a short distance to explore Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and other local spots. Then we’d come back to our condo for lunch and afternoon swim time with the kids. The pool was always clean and filled with clean towels to use. The entire property was well maintained and lovely; wish we had made time to walk. One afternoon we saw like 5 deer on the property. My kids also enjoyed borrowing dvds and playing mini golf. The condo itself was really clean, larger & more spacious than expected, and very comfortable. Great place to unwind, relax, and slow down. We’d love to come back again!
This site was really nice but is undergoing a refresh as Hilton took over recently. Unfortunately, most of the activities were unavailable during our stay, but I can see where this would be a great place to stay in the summer with the great outdoor pool amenities. The indoor pool was fun for the kids and I liked the fact there was a sauna in each locker room. We did get to play mini golf which was fun as well. Once renovations are complete, I think this will be a very popular destination.
My friend and I brought our children to stay here while we visited BG and Water Country. The property grounds were well cared for, the staff responsive (I appreciated the ability to text requests and checkout via text). The lodging was clean and furnished with essentials if a little sparse; I appreciated having a kitchen with dishwasher and W/D in the unit. Within an hour of checking in we lost power in the bedrooms but a quick text to resort and someone came within 20 minutes to fix. Same when a table lamp died and when we requested additional pillows. The back screened door was jammed/warped and the vertical blinds wouldn’t turn therefore wouldn’t open but it did not impact our stay. The mattress was a lot firmer than what I would choose but I slept like a rock all 3 nights of our stay. The kids appreciated the putt putt course and indoor pool- I don’t know how they had any energy for it after a day at BG, but they were ready for it!
They weren’t luxury accommodations but overall a great value.
When I arrived I was impressed by the grounds. They were clean and nicely kept.
The check in process was a little long, there was a long line and 4 employees checking people in but before the line got even half way down 3 of those 4 employees left their stations and left just one girl to handle the rest of the line (6 guest). She handled it smoothly tho.
The unit was very nice and clean. It was located at a convenient location close (within walking distance) to the pools and other activities.
The kitchen could use just a little more cooking essentials.
There were enough to cook a meal for a couple but not for a family of 8.
There was lots to do on the property, we used both the outdoor and indoor pool everyday, played mini golf and signed out some board games for a night. We even did the haunted tour.
We had to call the concierge for something that was not in the unit and it was delivered right away.
The only issue I had while there was that I could not connect to the wifi the whole time I was there. I tried every day and it would not let me connect. When I called the 800 number it says to call for assistance I was on hold for more than 30 minutes before I gave up and hung up. So I was unable to do the little bit of work I was supposed to do while there.
Overall it was a great place and I will most likely return at some point.
