The room was spacious and clean. The staff was phenomenal! My only recommendation would be to change the shower head. The water pressure was actually too strong and that was with changing through all of the settings.

The Hotel appearance was very nice when we arrived. We had the 2 bedroom and it was spacious. We had an issue with the ac leaking and they took care of it right away. We asked for extra blankets and received them right away also.My grandchildren and I went to swim in the pool and the chemicals were not right. The pool was cloudy and our eyes were burning by the time we returned to the room. (we are avid swimmers.) I will say the breakfast people overall tanked the visit as far as the staff went. They were very rude. We had a couple things run empty by 8 am and then at 9 am they ran out of coffee in both regular pots, It took them 25 minutes to bring it back out. I would stay here again. Just some things to keep in mind

Quiet area but the rooms need to be taken better care of. The fold out sofa bed was extremely painful to lay on, especially for someone with back injuries. The mattress also needed a good cleaning/replacement, the shower needed to be replaced, the carpeting should be replaced in the room. I stood in because it was coming apart in certain areas, and it could easily be blamed on somebody which would have them lose their incidentals. The pool appeared to have too many chemicals because it was not clear, you could not even see the bottom of the pool. I grew up understanding that the name Hilton stood for upper class and a five star reputation .my family and I were disappointed with this location. Also, Expedia does not give the option for the veteran discount or disabled veteran discount, I wish I would’ve known that earlier and contacted the Hilton hotel directly, but trying to find a room in short time is difficult.

nice room for the money. clean and spacious suite. stayed three nights and never received maid service. that was the only down side. weight room had good options including a Peloton bike. We did not use the pool so i cannot comment on that.

The property was in good shape and pretty clean. There were some areas where customers left their trash and was sitting for a day or two until the staff picked it up. But overall, the property was in pretty good condition. You can tell there is some wear and tear around the property. The staff was the best and very accommodating. The reason why I would go back is because of the staff.

Good location for all attractions in Williamsburg. Nice breakfast bar and indoor pool. Front desk was efficient and friendly. Our room had no working landline phone so we couldn’t easily reach the front desk. We were there three nights and housekeeping did not clean our room.
