The Colonies at Williamsburg is your home base for making your own history in historic Virginia. The property is adjacent to outlet shopping and seafood restaurants, and is close to colonial adventures, theme park thrills, and sites rich in maritime history. The resort has a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool with multiple interactive water features, an outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, barbecue grills and picnic tables, and a fitness center. The spacious suites have living rooms, dining rooms, and fully appointed kitchens.

One of our favorite resorts
We knew what to expect staying at the Colonies, as we are former timeshare owners ourselves, and had stayed here before. It’s a very nice property with spacious villas in a great location, so we were happy with our decision to return. Chad was great with communication, and was able to get us set up for our stay in advance (guest certificate) without any issue. A few very minor issues with the unit due to the age of the property, which we addressed with maintenance, but nothing that would prevent us from going back. Thank you!
