Relax and enjoy this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 3rd floor condo. Located just minutes from all the fun: Traverse City, Elk Rapids, horse shows, golf, hiking, wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, beeches, and boat launches! Bring your pickleball paddles to try the new courts at Pickle U right across the street. Your Northern Michigan adventure awaits! The condo has 2 bedrooms, with a queen bed in each room. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room that comfortably accommodates one adult or two kids. Additionally, there are two ottomans that fold out into twin size beds accommodating two more guests. The upper level bedroom is a loft, open to an overlooking the main living area, and has a private bathroom. Each bedroom (and the living room) has a television with an Amazon Fire Stick, allowing you to use your logins for streaming. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and everything you need to cook simple meals. Please note, there is no elevator in the building. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE OF THE HOA!

Reminder: You do not have access to the health club or pool at the Grand Traverse Resort. These amenities are reserved for Resort guests only.
