This one bedroom condo is located in "The Shores" of Grand Traverse Resort. The condo is less than a 5-minute walk to a gorgeous, private beach on the shores of Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy world class golf, nationally renowned wineries, beautiful scenery and all of the amenities that Traverse City offers. This area offers year around activities for all ages, as well as time to relax in your private condo. The condo has a private balcony with a view of a meandering creek. The balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and living area. The setting is wooded, allowing for lots of shade and privacy! Direct access to the TART trail via the Acme Connector is available, allowing for biking or walking right from the condo! The bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress and the sleeper sofa is also new, queen size, with a 4” memory foam mattress. Host fee that is listed is the cleaning fee and does not go to the host.

Great spot!
It was an overall great stay and clean place! We felt very safe and enjoyed our vacation and was the perfect amount of space for my family and I. I do wish there was more attention to detail when it came to the cleanliness of the bathroom, but overall I would recommend this place!

PERFECT
My daughter and I were in town for a horse show. The property owner was amazing. Great communication and thought of everything we needed for our stay. 5 minutes to Flint Fields horse park and 15 to downtown. The condo was spotless and equipped with everything including a clothes iron and beach chairs!!!

Perfect weekend getaway for two!
This location is a great alternative to the hotels in town. Very quiet, private, well maintained. We had warm weather in May so we could take advantage of the 5 mins walk to the private beach. We would definitely come back here again

It was very clean and updated property. Liked that it was tucked in a wooded area giving you privacy when sitting on deck. Pleasantly surprised that there was a full size refrigerator that wasn't in picture. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stellar owner and Property
The condo and location made this perfect for our vacation start to finish. The furnishings are adorable and comfortable. The new mattress is a dream and we slept well every night. There is a bit of road noise from the main road so we did not keep the windows open at night but otherwise the complex is very quiet. The shower and water pressure was the best we have ever had on vacation and after hours noodling around and hours on the numerous beaches it was a welcome surprise. The location allowed us to be near enough to Traverse City but not be confined to the congestion. We took trips up both peninsula fingers to Christmas Cove, Van’s Beach, Suttons Bay and Old Mission Bay and enjoyed all the little stops on the way. We day tripped to Petosky, & Charlevoix and alsso Harbor Springs for an early morning hot air balloon launch. I cannot thank Terri enough for her generous recommendations and easy and quick responses to questions. We highly recommend eating at Blue Tractor for bbq and Milk & Honey for ice cream. We will be back!!

Nice condo!
The condo was very nice. It is quiet and peaceful, with a nice deck to enjoy the view. Terri is a great host and very easy to work with. Loved the condo! It was clean and well stocked with amenities. Beds were comfortable. We had no problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Condo by the Beach
This condo has everything you could need. In addition to all of the kitchen and bath amenities plus washer-dryer, the owner has added thoughtful touches like a jigsaw puzzle, beach chairs (the beach is truly less than a 5 minute walk) and brochures of the area. We didn’t use the bed part of the sofa bed, but the sofa was very comfortable, and the towels, pillows, sheets and blankets were all great quality. The owner reached out to us in greeting before we arrived and even offered an early check-in if we needed it. We didn’t need anything while we were there, but the few times we corresponded prior to check-in, the owner was quick to respond and very nice. We were there for a horse show, and the condo is extremely convenient to Flintfields.

Weekend Getaway
This condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The condo was the perfect size and super cute! There was a short walk to the beach which was perfect for relaxing during the day. The location is perfect with things to do in all directions but sits off the road to avoid all of the busyness of the city. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Nice, quaint rental close to Grand Traverse Resort
I stayed during a conference at Grand Traverse, when all resort rooms were booked. It was an easy 1-mile drive to conference events and worked well for my purposes. Didn’t have a chance to check out the neighborhood beach/view area, but was within walking distance!

Beautiful condo near the lake
It was perfect! The condo was clean and well maintained. We were a little away from the lake so didn’t have to deal with noise from other residents but it was only a short walk to go to the beach. There were boat rentals available right at the beach. It was an easy drive into the city for shopping or a meal or a drive up the peninsula to see wineries or the lighthouse.
