What a beautiful spot
Clean, cozy, beautiful. This is an epic home to stay at while exploring all the beautiful spots around. The hosts were so helpful, kept an open line of communication at all times, and even suggested things to do. The house was so comfortable, it truly felt like home!

This home was the perfect place to stay, centralized for all the activities we wanted to do. Communication was great with the host,check in was easy. The home had everything we needed plus a lot of extras. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The house was clean and comfortable. Amazingly quiet and comfortable stay
Our stay at the Arizona Home was fabulous. We visit Williams frequently, but I decided to find a vacation rental this time because we brought a friend. We felt immediately at home upon walking through the door. The interior and exterior of the house felt so comfortable, with woodsy décor that gave off that cabin Bearizona feel! One of the reasons we visit Williams. The atmosphere was peaceful and with the comfort of home. We had everything we needed and so much more! I can only imagine a stay here when there is snow on the ground. We will definitely be back!

Nice and quiet neighborhood, yet close to town of Williams. They had information about the area in magazines, books, etc. Lots of towels, things in the kitchen, etc. Better equipped than most time shares we have stayed at.

Perfect for a trip to the Grand Canyon!

Comfortable house in low density neighborhood
The house is just outside Williams in a new neighborhood near the golf course. We used as a home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house is in excellent shape. The recliner couches (often difficult to find in short term rentals) were comfortable and made our stay. We also liked the gas fireplace, softer beds, and outdoor gas grill.
