The property is conveniently located to Williams, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon, yet away from any city. From the cabin there is a beautiful view of the volcanic features north of Williams all the way east to the San Francisco peaks. The property is exactly as advertised. We were there during a cold (normally cold) November week and the "cabin" was very comfortable. There is a small fridge, microwave, etc. that works well for small breakfasts and snacks - just as advertised. (There was a grill outside, but I am not a November griller). We were not interested in cooking during this vacation, so that was perfect, and there is no shortage of restaurants in the region. Beds, baths, living area are all very comfortable and clean. Water is plenty hot (but try to conserve) and they provide bottled drinking water in a dispenser. Because of the short days, we actually appreciated the high-end television and sound system for it. The wifi connection is solid. Check-in and check-out is easy. The directions to get to the cabin are easy to follow (going there during daylight the first time was helpful, but all other times we returned at night without any problem). There are clear, detailed instructions about all aspects of staying at the cabin, that we found very useful. I would like to try a stay during the summer, too. And BTW, Scruffy is an adorable, affectionate dog.
