There were 4 of us on this trip and this house was absolutely amazing. We each had our own room with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The photos throughout the house are a really cool way to explore the history! We will definitely be renting from here again if we go to Williams!
Arrived pretty late, the directions for check in were clear and simple, the home was clean and ready for this tired group. The beds were great, I highly recommend

Perfect location!
The house was great and fully stocked. The location is perfect for day trips in the area. Kerry-Lynn was an excellent hostess. We will stay here again!
The house was better than expected with a ton of space and a downtown location. Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms & laundry room. Very comfortable stay.
Our family came up to do the Polar Express and truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous historical house. The location is awesome (walk to Safeway and downtown) and the large rooms had plenty of space for our group. We plan on making this a family tradition!
Vacations don’t get better than the Historic Yellow House
Our family trip to the Historic Yellow house in Williams exceeded our expectations in every way! Excellent location, amenities, communication and attention to little details such as welcome notes and decor helped us enjoy our time and create lasting memories. The perfect home away from home to enjoy a 4th of July weekend in Williams. Thank you so much for making this much needed vacation amazing!
Just an oustanding property, lovingly restored and owned by super responsive and accomodating owners. If you are going to Willams, I highly recommend!!
We rented this lovely historic home to treat our family/grandkids to ride the Polar Express. The house is centrally located to visit Route 66 and the shops in Williams. Safeway is conveniently located across the parking lot from the home. The house was clean and presented as it was described. I would just offer a couple of items to be aware of for future guests that I missed in the description. The home is heated by individual gas stoves in the bedrooms and main living area which was problematic with a 2 year old. The units are very hot to the touch and some of the rooms were quite cool due to not having central heat. The stairs were a challenge with young kids as well. We didn't think to bring a gate which would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully for Christmas!
We loved our stay at the Yellow House. We stayed over Christmas, and the house was decorated with a tree and lights and stockings and everything! House is within walking distance of all the Williams shops, restaurants and the train station. Highly recommended!
Rented for a trip to Grand Canyon with friends. We all had our own bathrooms which is great! Everything you could possibly need was available and the owner was always quick to respond to questions! We will back!
Our stay at the Historic Yellow House was just perfect. The home is beautiful and comfortable. This host has thought of everything and added many special touches. It is walking distance to Dairy Queen and that became our evening ritual. We highly recommend this lovely home.
This beautiful historic home, which has been thoughtfully restored, has everything you need to retreat from everyday life. Each room in the home is exquisitely decorated. At the same time, the house has all the modern amenities you would need or want.
This gorgeous historical property was just as described. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived, with beautiful holiday décor throughout. Every room is cozy and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. A 5-star review is just not enough to accurately describe how wonderful this house is.
This beautifully updated four-bedroom heritage home seamlessly blends classic charm with modern comforts, making it a standout property for those who appreciate character and convenience. As you approach the home, its period features—such as intricate woodwork, immediately draw you in. The exterior exudes timeless appeal, while the interior has been thoughtfully renovated to meet the demands of contemporary living. The spacious living areas are flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The updated kitchen is a true highlight, featuring sleek, modern appliances, ample counter space, and a design that balances functionality with style. It's an ideal space for both casual family meals and entertaining guests. The four generously sized bedrooms offer plenty of room for relaxation, each with its own unique charm. The master suite includes bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and a sophisticated design. Updated flooring, energy-efficient windows, and fresh paint throughout the home add to the appeal, ensuring the property offers both comfort and sustainability.Outside, the garden provides a serene retreat, with plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the porch or hosting a barbecue in the backyard, the outdoor areas complement the home's overall charm. With its perfect fusion of heritage features and modern updates.

Great historic house in a convenient location!
Six of us (and one dog) spent a week here in Williams. This house was perfect - plenty of room for everyone to spread out and comfortable common areas when we were all together. The history of the house is quite interesting. The location is great - Safeway and DQ are right out the back door and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house is extremely well stocked - the best I've ever seen for a VRBO rental. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
The fireplaces were welcome on the cold nights. We really liked the historic pictures and memorabilia in the cabinet upstairs.
The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet place to stay. This was helpful after spending our days hiking and driving back and forth between area sights.
We wished we could have moved the lodging with us to our next stay in Sednona.
The kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives (which we almost never find in rentals). There were fun games for the kids to play too.
Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the Historic Yellow House in Williams.
This is the perfect place to stay! Kerry-Lynn was so welcoming and always available when or if we needed anything. We traveled from here to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. We saw so many places the week we stayed here and totally recommend staying in this beautifully restored home and traveling from here to see all of the sites in the area. You will not be disappointed. When you come, make sure you have breakfast at the Pine Country restaurant in Williams. The people there are so friendly and courteous, the food is delicious and the coffee is served in huge mugs. We loved it!! Thank you so much Kerry-Lynn for sharing your home! We loved it!

A Home away from home....
We were so excited to stay in the Yellow House on our trip to Arizona - the experience was beyond our expectations! Kerry-Lynn met us when we arrived to give a tour. There are many pieces in the home that relate to the house's history (furniture, photos, artifacts). My husband is part of the original family that owned the home & we enjoyed sitting in the parlor & reliving the stories. Each room is beautifully decorated with a great selection of fabrics & vintage or repurposed furniture. It was a pleasure to stay in a home that inspired so much creativity. The town was walking distance with some cute shops & live music. Staying in this home was the best part of our trip - Thank you for the invitation, we made such wonderful memories!
