Filled with natural light, top of the line amenities, and modern furnishings, this is your home away from home! Our home is walking distance to the best landmarks within Williams Bay, only a block from the lake, beach and marina. Just a 5 minute drive ($5 Uber ride) to downtown Lake Geneva. Welcome to our home. We are so excited to share it with you, and provide 5 star service throughout your stay. To enter into our home you will be provided a unique code to enter into our smart lock to gain access to our home. Your unique code will remain the same throughout your stay for convenient access to come and go at your leisure.

The Sunroom: Upon entry to our home you will immediately be greeted by our bright and airy sunroom. We love this room to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or simply to kick back and relax with your favorite book. We have filled this room with tons of fun games to occupy all of your guests as well.

The Kitchen: Our kitchen is newly upgraded featuring stainless steel appliances, as well as full access to our dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and more! We provide a complimentary coffee and breakfast bar for your enjoyment and convenience.

The Laundry Room: Are you one who enjoys to pack light? No worries here. Our home provides access to our full laundry room including washer/ dryer combo, stocked with detergent and dryer sheets, as well as iron and ironing board. We have truly thought of all your needs throughout your stay.

The Living/ Dining Room: Here in Lake Geneva we are all about hosting. We boast our open concept home with an open dining room and family room. Our dining room is set for 6 people to enjoy a home cooked meal or happy hour beverages. The living room is perfectly set for entertaining. Our large sectional couch, accompanied by reclining chair all with a great view of our 65 inch flat screen cable TV is sure to become the ideal gathering spot throughout your stay. We also have provided a wine cooler for your enjoyment and access to your favorite beverages.

The bedrooms: Our home includes 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master suite is furnished with a new queen bed and headboard, as well as 800 thread count sheets for your comfort. Tastefully designed and decorated all to provide 5 star experiences. Our master suite is also accompanied with a new flat screen cable TV.
The second bedroom includes a set of full size bunk beds and dresser for your belongings.
The final bedroom is the largest and includes 2 sets of twin over full size bunk beds, complete with linens and quilts, as well as TV.

The bathrooms: Our home has 2 bathrooms. The main level bathroom directly off the dining space includes a double vanity, and tub/shower combo. It has plenty of space to get ready for your night out in Lake Geneva. The second bathroom is upstairs and includes a full vanity, as well as a stand in shower.

Outdoor Space: We adore our outdoor space. Our home sits on a corner lot with beautiful views of downtown. Our back patio includes patio furniture for you to enjoy and relax. Enjoy our wrap around front porch for your early morning coffee, or afternoon reading time.

Away from The Hustle of LG
This property was perfect in regards to location 100/10. It was close to everything essential and fun. We had Pier 290 within walking distance! We couldn't have found a better spot to celebrate my sister and her upcoming wedding. The house has all essentials (towels, cookware, dinnerware, etc). The space was perfect as well! We will definitely stay here again if we have a vacation planned in the Lake Geneva area.

This house was in the perfect location in Williams Bay - walking distance to restaurants, bars and the water. Although it is an older home, it was very clean and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Charming home within walking distance to town!
We had a lovely time at this property! It was within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We even enjoyed sitting out in the backyard and enjoying the fantastic weather. You can tell the host cares about its guests as there were plenty of linens available, snacks and some breakfast foods, a house guide with recommendations. Would gladly stay here again if we are ever back at Lake Geneva!

This is a great property for a large family or group of friends. Note though that most of of beds are bunk beds, so if that is challenging, look for something else.

Winterfest weekend
I took 6 teenage girls up to Lake Geneva for Winter Fest and this was the perfect place for us. Bathrooms and kitchen had been remodeled and had all we needed. Family room provided lots of good seating and they loved being able to bunk together in the bed rooms. Host was very easy to communicate with and the location was great…easy drive to downtown LG and easy walk to lake, coffee shop and restaurants in Williams Bay.

Not what we expected from pictures online.
While the owner was responsive to all of our inquiries and requests the general condition of the property left much to be desired. Bedroom closets messy with miscellaneous storage, old clothing, superfluous furniture leaving little space for renters to use. No working carbon monoxide detector. Interior worn including furniture, upstairs carpeting, baseboards/trim in need of paint. Linens old and worn and not enough for our week stay. Good security with dead bolts and digital entry. Kitchen utensils very well stocked. It is understood it is an older home but everyday maintenance and attention needs to be attended to if used as a rental.

Our family stayed here to enjoy the lake. This house was clean, quiet and stocked very well. This is great for families with kids. A few minutes walk to the lake, coffee shop, convenience store, restaurant and ice cream. Great location! House has all kitchen items, bbq, and board games.

We enjoyed our stay in Williams Bay! The home was as described and well equipped. The location was perfect. Large Lake Geneva home
Beautiful, large home with everything we needed. We loved the yard and patio chairs as well as the front porch to spend time outside. Short walk to ice cream shops, coffee, the lake, not too far from downtown. Check-in was a breeze and we got to do so early, which was great! Host was a good communicator as well. Would recommend this place for a big group.

Lovely Experience
My friends and I needed a place to stay while attending a convention in the Lake Geneva area and chose this property. I don't think we could have been more happy. The owner was very communicative and updated everything, including check in information, as promised. The house was clean, well stocked and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The area itself was great and there are several restaurants within a block that you can walk to. While this property is in Williams Bay, Lake Geneva proper is a short 10-15 minute drive away. Absolutely recommend 100%. You will not be disappointed.

Great Lake Geneva Getaway
My family and family friends enjoyed our weekend at this property. It was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Can tell property owner cares about the guests. Appreciated the extra bathroom amenities very much, for example cotton balls, q tips, etc. House was easy to find and location felt very safe. Would definitely stay again.

I recommend this property. It was clean and well stocked, just a few blocks walk from lake and shore path and pretty easy commute to downtown Lake Geneva. Owner was always prompt with getting back to me when I had questions. Good for somewhat larger groups of people due to having many beds.

Wonderful house!
Wanted a house for a girls getaway and this was perfect. The host had very quick responses for any questions I had. Being able to cook meals and eat as a group was really important to us and this house worked perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools and utensils and even some basic spices and condiments. There was plenty of space for 11 people to comfortably hang out. The house was only about 10 minutes from Lake Geneva, which made it easy to get out and find activities to do. The layout of the house is a little awkward, but that’s expected with old houses. Overall, a great house for a weekend getaway as a larger group. Will definitely try to get back up in the future!

Beautiful and Cozy Stay Near The Lake
We had a wonderful stay in Williams Bay! Myself and a few friends gathered for a weekend-long online training, and this was the perfect location to be online together, while also having great places to go to eat, walk to the lake, and shop! The house is currently having some remodeling done on the outside, which wasn't a big deal for us. However would have appreciated a bit of head's up that there would be construction items in the lawn and outside the windows. Overall would highly recommend, and would stay again for future trips to Williams Bay/Lake Geneva! Thank you!!

Girlfriend Trip
4 girls over the age of 65 enjoyed 3 days in this fantastic home! The owners were quick to respond with information to make our experience perfect! Everything was well kept with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was within walking distance for some great places to have a delicious dinner if you didn't want to cook and easy access to all the shopping and sight seeing in Lake Geneva. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
