"The hotel is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Dinner was great and food cooked to perfection. There are so many choices from the breakfast brunch. My only issue was when checking in we stood there for an about 5-10 mind with no assistance. There were 6 people at different desk at the front. 1 was helping another guest, the others looked at us then looked back down and did not acknowledge us, one lady actually walked over to the lady helping the other guest and stood on the side watching her...

"My seat was very good, the staff were exceptional, made me feel welcome and ever so helpful. My only question is why it does not provide information in English for non Dutch speakers. It was not so easy to navigate or use service available. That said the hotel was excellent."

"With useing these hotels chain a few times it was only 30min drive to work all the staff were amazing the room were big had a bath ans shower the bat was a jet one the only thing i would say is it would be nice to have some bottle water with price you pay and i do understand you can by some.form the shop with have a bottle.in your fridge when you arrive."

There were 6 people at different desk at the front. 1 was helping another guest, the others looked at us then looked back down and did not acknowledge us, one lady actually walked over to the lady helping the other guest and stood on the side watching her computer.I thought this was a one off experience but the following day I went to get a parking ticket and there were 3 ladies at the front, 3 men at the back. They all looked at me then back down, eventually one of the guys in the back said to one of the ladies “can you help her” she looked up and acknowledged me, because of this I opted for the express check out. As a person of color this is not a good experience and the 1st time I’ve ever experienced something like this. The lady who eventually checked us in ( she walked in while we were waiting)was wonderful and made us feel welcome"
