Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Based on my experience, it is not suitable for me. Bed wasn’t comfortable I was very disappointed when I get there everything you see and picture is not what you see when you go and see in person. It was just all a catch. my experience there was very terrible. I was very disappointed.!!!! I think they should at least give me half of my money back!!!

The contact person of the resort didn't contact us. There was no communication at all. Gladly, it end up well, the Supervisor of the Resort welcome us. Afterwards we received a WA message from the contact person to welcome us (that's a bit late!!). The house & the resort was okay, but the furniture is outdated. There is no dining table in the appt. Cleaning can be improved. The Supervisor & his family who lives in the resort are very kind & helpful, their service are excellent. Their children make our stay feels home, they are real entertainers.
