Not sure what the winery season price is but the off-season was very reasonable. "House is beautiful and perfect and beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the extra touches such as high quality linens and towels that smell fresh! Kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking. Loved the short walk to 3rd street! Like many small towns on the west coast - McMinnville has a homelessness problem and the property’s close proximity to downtown places it very close to those issues. There were some characters in the neighborhood but we did not experience crime. "

Well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook and serve for a crowd each night. The proximity to Harvest Fresh for last minute add-ons for dinner was ideal.
