"Lake location is lovely, enhanced by kayak access. Convenient to the college, stores, etc. and our daughter's house on the same street. Communication with hosts was excellent and prompt; check-in was easy. A group of seniors, so ground floor bed/bath was great and downstairs bed/bath was very private. Made great use of four season patio for breakfast & lunch, well supplied with board games. Hope to stay here again next year. Thanks so much to our great hosts!"

"This cabin is so nice! The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to cook full meals. The dock was big enough to tie our 17” boat up to. There’s a boat launch a couple miles up the road which was very convenient. The kayaks are really nice and easy to launch from the beach. The beach is a little weedy but still enjoyable. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The entire place was just great! "

"We had a great stay. The location is private at the end of a drive and perfect for sunset views. Proximity to Walker is perfect and it’s an easy short drive to Park Rapids, Bemidji, and Itasca State part. The dock and boat lift were new and very nice. The owner was very timely with responses to our questions. It was a great fall fishing getaway, will stay again. "

"Shannon and Randy were great hosts, they clearly wanted us to have a good time (and we had a great time). The Crappie Cabin was clean, warm and very cute. Randy is a fishing guide, and although he had other clients booked for this weekend, he encouraged us to fish along side with him, free of change. Randy put us on the fish, and the fishing was really good. We will be booking another stay with them next year because we had such a good time!"

"The lake home was beautiful inside. The home was stocked with everything you would want. The view of the lake was beautiful. There was a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs but there wasn’t any firewood when we arrived. It was delivered after calling the home owners and notifying them. The 79 stairs leading down to the lake were a little treacherous and we wouldn’t recommend going to the home if anyone has mobility problems.
