"I don’t know where to begin. View is amazing, house was clean as new, features of the house were perfect and landlord was very nice. House is field oriented, so it’s quiet all day and all night. Everything you wish for your rental to have is here. The only thing I regret is that I had to leave so soon."

"Wir haben die Zeit im Sommerhaus Ella sehr genossen. Es lief alles sehr unkompliziert ab und wir (mein Mann, meine zwei Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre) und ich) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war äußerst sauber, die Betten frisch bezogen und die Hühner waren ein Highlight für unsere Kinder! Auch der Kontakt zu Dirk und Kathrin war sehr angenehm! Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!"

"We thought the house was great. Built only a few years ago, with everything clean and top quality. The house is nicer in reality than in the pictures! The owner was very friendly and quickly fixed a minor problem we had with one of the appliances. The house is on a private track in the forest, with quiet neighbours either side, with a large garden, decked patio and pond. It's a 45 minute drive into Berlin city centre, or 20 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn from where it's about 30 minutes by train....

"Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine."

"My two teenage boys and I had a lovely time at this beautiful place. Our hosts were so friendly and really went the extra mile to make us feel at home and show us around. The village was stunning and fabulously quiet - we saw hummingbird moths, birds of prey and murmurations of starlings. As a base from which to explore Berlin some days and be able to return to rural tranquillity in the evenings, it was great, with good public transport links.
