Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage
Kleine Probleme in der Wohnung. Ansonsten war alles super. Vermieter immer erreichbar, hat sich umgehend um die Pribkeme gekümmert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Alles sehr ordentlich....
...die FeWo ist eine noch rechte neue, sparsam gebaute Doppelhaushälfte in einem etwas ausserhalb gelegnenen Wilhelmshavener Neubaugebiet. Positiv waren: - Sauberkeit - helle Wohnung - brauchbares Internet - unser Hund war auf Anfrage erlaubt - ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Weniger gefallen haben uns: - der langweilige "Vinylbodencharme"der Wohnung und der Deko (das ist aber natürlich Geschmacksache) - das sehr kleine Bad - die etwas abseitig von der Stadt gelegene Lage in einem typischen WHV-Neubaugebiet. Je nach Windrichtung kann man zudem die nahe Autobahn deutlich hören. - die fehlende Möglichkeit, an den kühleren Abenden kurz die Heizung zu nutzen. Der Vermieter, der nie vor Ort war, konnte hier auch nach einer Kontaktaufnahme keine Abhilfe schafffen. - die wenig gästeorientierte Regelung, dass man sich nicht einmal zum Gepäck-Ausladen kurz in die breite und grosse Einfahrt vor dem Haus stellen darf. Dies wäre zwar problemlos möglich, wurde aber sofort unfreundlich vom Tür-an-Tür wohnenden Nachbarn reklamiert. Für uns war die Wohnung aufgrund des noch neuen Zustandes und eines noch angemessenen Mietpreises ein akzeptabler Ausgangspunkt für einige Tage in Wilhelmshaven. Ein Wohlfühlfaktor war aber nur sehr eingeschränkt gegeben und wir würden diese Wohnung daher auch nicht wieder mieten.

Zu meiner 5-Sterne Bewertung ist eigentlich nichts weiter hinzuzufügen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und waren froh diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wichtige Informationen wie z.B. die Parksituation Wurden bereits in dem Inserat beschrieben. Von daher gibt es neben den 5 Sternen auch 2 Daumen nach oben.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone und nah an der Autobahn. Es ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung
Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Lage war super, denn die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die schöne Terasse konnte in der Zeit des Aufenthaltes ebenfalls genutzt werden, da wir in einer sonnigen Jahreszeit dort waren.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit einer top Ausstattung. Dieses Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt…. Die Bilder der Anzeige geben es sehr gut wieder. Bequeme Betten,geschmackvolle Einrichtung und einen gepflegten Garten. Wir kommen demnächst gerne wieder

Wir hatten uns kurzfristig entschieden das schöne Wetter an der Küste zu verbringen und fanden das Ferienhaus Leon und buchten. Der Ablauf völlig unkompliziert. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen eins zu eins dem Haus vor Ort. Sehr schön, modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt . Ausreichend groß , schöne Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gut geschlafen und uns gut erholt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Auto aber nötig. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar. Abreise völlig unkompliziert. Zusammengefasst ein toller Kurzurlaub, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für Alles.
