1 parking spot in Garage; 1 parking spot in Driveway plus free street parking in front of the house.

*New stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave installed 2018.

*New dishwasher; hardwood floors and carpet installed 2021.

L*You occupy ALL 4 floors which means that there are no noisy footsteps overhead or below.

This CORNER END Unit townhome is located at East Andrews , the intersection of Pacific and East Andrews Ave in Wildwood, just 2 blocks from the beach, boardwalk, Convention Center, Amusement Parks, and tennis courts. 1 Block to shops, restaurants, and bars.

As you step into the home, the First floor offers an inviting ceramic tiled foyer, laundry area with full-sized washer & dryer, and MASTER bedroom with a Queen size bed and full bath.

The 2nd floor contains the other MASTER bedroom with a KING Size Bed and full bath, plus second bedroom with FULL and TWIN size beds and north facing balcony. Another Third bedroom also has FULL and TWIN size beds with a balcony that share a full bathroom.

The 3rd floor features the kitchen with GRANITE countertops, plenty of cabinets, UPGRADED appliances, and hardwood flooring. The kitchen flows into the dining area/living room making it the perfect place to host family or entertain friends. Another balcony off the living room with ocean view and a half bath rounds out the open floor plan.

The loft/5th bedroom is located on the 4th floor, it contains QUEENS Size bed and it too offers a balcony with sweeping views across the island.

Sleeping accommodation up to 14 people. 10 Adults or 14(families and children)with 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twin size beds and 1 Queen size Futon.

Surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating and full accommodations, you will have no problem sitting back and relaxing after an eventful day. This is a no pets/non-smoking property.

This property is only 2 blocks from the south end of the boardwalk! There are plenty of liquor stores and breakfast joints within 5 min walk. Bring extra blankets.

The house was exactly as described and we had more room than needed as everyone that was supposed to come did not. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Not any flat or lumpy pillows. Owner was easily reachable and responded right away when I texted him. Definitely recommend this home. We had a great weekend!

Perfect place for our family
This was the perfect place for our family during our first trip to Wildwood. It was 2 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk. The house was very clean and all communication we had with the owner was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the pool as much as the beach (maybe more).

Short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Owner was nice and left us a set of sheets we needed. Just a reminder that the upstairs "bedroom" is roomy with a balcony which is nice but doesn't have a door. Just an FYI if it's a bunch of couples staying. Overall a great stay!!

We found this property very inviting. Spacious & clean. Well maintained. Nicely decorated. Convenient to grocery shopping & dollar general. The shore & boardwalk is just a short walk. Two blocks from the townhouse. We could see the fireworks 💥 from the many balconies. I would recommend this property.

Perfect spot for family vacation
We stayed in this property for a week with our two young children and grandparents. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Location is ideal, house is able to accommodate plenty of people and was very comfortable. Jimmy was easily reached and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place - lots of space, very clean, two blocks to convention center and beach
We rented this home twice - once in December and then again in March for a cheer competition at the convention center. The home was very clean and neat, we rented linens/towels which everything was set up and ready for us to arrive. We had also requested a later check out due to the competition times being later in the afternoon and they were more than willing to accommodate, which was very much appreciated. We would definitely rent here again.

Perfect accommodation for our group
We are 5 couples enjoying the shore and this place had plenty of room and the pool was a plus. We had 5 cars but there are no problem with parking. Parked 2 onsite and rest on the street. A lot of free street parking by the house. Owners were very nice and we will return again.

Wow. Haven’t been in Wildwood for a while and decided to take the extended family for a vacation. The place was just what we needed to accommodate 4 families. Large family living room for all of us to gather. All of the bedrooms are right size and comfortable. Owner was very nice and accommodative. Pool was a good bonus. Walking distance to many restaurants. We had a wonderful time and will visit again
