Fully Furnished Brand New Villa in Village of St. Catherine's with Cart

Fully furnished brand new villa in a new exciting area within walking distance to the pool and the new Ezzell Recreation Center. The bright and airy, yet cozy interior will make you feel right at home and the open floor plan is perfect for those seeking convenience.

The master bath comes with a walk-in closet and walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The kitchen provides plenty of cabinet storage space along with a nice sized pantry closet. The living room sofa is a sleeper in case you have family visiting. There is a 55-inch TV in the living room and each bedroom has its own TV. The 400-MB internet ensures hassle-free access.

The garage has parking for both a car and a golf cart. The gas cart is included in the rental. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy meeting the residents in this friendly neighborhood where there are ongoing activities to meet up during the week. The Aviary Recreation Center is just a mile away and has a family pool for children and young people. The Publix grocery store is just five minutes away and Brownwood is just ten minutes away.

Landscaping is professionally maintained and the grass is mowed weekly. Come and enjoy our newly installed lanai at the front porch.

Perfect for up to 6. Location was great. Decor was charming. Just overall perfect for our needs for 3 friends visiting other friends and checking out the Village lifestyle but great for a family also. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home and will be back if this rental is available !

We really enjoy our stay here. Close to Sawgrass. Golf Cart makes it easy to get to other places. Always clean and well kept. Just bummed Hurricane Milton cut our trip short. Highly recommend this listing!

Our stay the this villa in the village of St.Catherine was perfect. This home had everything that you need. We enjoyed the the short walk down the street to the pool and also to Sawgrass to the nightly entertainment.

This was a fantastic property with stellar hosts! Exactly as shown and listed with the bonus of a golf cart for traveling The Villages. The house was well appointed, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable with great linens. The location was very convenient to Sawgrass, community pool and golf course. Just excellent overall. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great Getaway to Play Pickleball
Villa was fully equipped with everything you need. Great location in St. Catherine. Not too far from Brownwood Square and Sumter Landing Square. Golf cart included and short ride to Ezell, Aviary and Everglades Rec Centers to play Pickleball.
