Beautiful 4 Bedroom Townhouse With a Pool!

Enjoy this beautiful, three story townhouse within walking distance to the beach! This corner unit features four bedrooms and three baths with the main living area located on the third floor, providing great views and natural light all day long. The kitchen boasts hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances with plenty of cabinets and storage space. Upon entry into the large hallway with ample closet space, you'll also find the primary bedroom with ensuite bath. There are three additional bedrooms, one with it's own private deck, and another with a full bath on the second level. The unit was recently painted top to bottom and had new wall-to-wall carpeting installed. In-ground pool was replaced in 2020 and new Trex decking entryway and landscaping done in 2021. All this, minutes to the beach, convention center, boardwalk, restaurants and right next door to Holly Beach Park for a little slice of green space you can enjoy!



Parking for one vehicle available in the driveway plus a street parking pass supplied for metered spaces in Wildwood



Please note we will bring the trash & recycling bins to the curb for you and then take them back to the garage once trash & recyclables are collected, so there’s no need for you to do this yourself!

Perfect for our family
We had a wonderful time and the property was really perfect for our family. There were a few small things that weren't great and could have easily been addressed to make it a 5 star experience but overall it was great. The property manager was pretty responsive and helpful for the most part. I would still recommend this property and management company despite the negatives.

Nice place for families
My family and I stayed here for a week and overall it was a good experience. We didn’t realize the kitchen and living area was on the 3rd floor but that was on us for not paying attention when we booked. That could be challenging if you have older folks in your group. The upstairs got extremely hot whenever the oven was on but that’s typical for 3 story places. The washing machine broke while we were there and they had someone fix it the next morning which was great. Very quick response times when anything was needed and it’s in a great location.

Perfect accommodations for multiple families!
We had 3 families staying at the property - all with kids. We had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Close walk to restaurants/ parks/ beach-boardwalk. Having a pool on site was a huge plus! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family-Friendly Condo!
Our young family had an amazing time at this condo! We were just a quick walk away from the beach and the boardwalk, not to mention the multiple restaurants and the brewery! With baby gates at all of the staircases, we felt like we could really relax and let our children roam free. I would definitely suggest this location for any family looking for a vacation at Wildwood!

It exceeded all our expectations. The place was wonderful. It was clean and the location to the beach and boardwalk, restaurants and stores was perfect. Our family had room to spread out and actually relax. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Awesome first trip to the shore
The property and location exceeded our expectations! The location is just 2-1/2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk so close enough to partake in all of the activities but far enough away to provide privacy and quiet. There were a couple minor things that I called the management company about and they were handled immediately. We had never been to the shore before and this home helped make it a fantastic experience for all of us. Thank you!
