Wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath designer home in the Village of St. Catherine, you do not want to miss this one. Only 2 minutes from Sawgrass Grove, the Village's new entertainment area. This home has an open floor plan, kitchen has all major appliances, breakfast bar seating for 3, and large pantry. The dining room has a beautifully decorated table for 6. The living room has dual power reclining sofa, 65” Smart TV, and power recliner. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 42” Smart TV, and subtle gray color scheme. The Master bathroom has an exceptional walk-in shower with beautiful tile, dual sinks, and large walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, unique pop art décor, the 2nd guest room has a pull out twin sleeper sofa, desk, and can be used as an office.

We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Village of St Catherine
We enjoyed the 3/2 house with golf cart included . Walking and bike paths , close proximity to pools at Ezell recreation center and entertainment / restaurants at Sawgrass grove.

Super clean house in a great location
Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning and pickleball just down the street at Homestead. Sawgrass Square a minute away and Brownwood 10 minutes away by car. Loved having the golf cart! Very clean and comfortable for 4 adults.

Beautiful home, clean, great location, well stocked... perfect
This was our first visit to the Villages. We didn't have an idea of where to stay, but the pictures of this house and that it has a golf cart were what made our decision. The pictures are accurate, this is a relatively new house with a great open layout for relaxing. It's decorated beautifully and is comfortable in every area you can think of eg nice recliner couches, large tv, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, bed mattresses perfect.The house is in walking distance to one of the recreation centers (Ezell) and Sawgrass Grove which was great for an evening to eat or listen to music. We quickly found out about golf carting and the fact the Owners let you use theirs is great. We used it to explore, and on the golf courses.Overall I'm very impressed with how nice the house is, the neighborhood it's in and definitely recommend it, as well we would stay here again.
