2 bed/2 bath patio home in the heart of The Villages w/oversized screened patio!

This tastefully decorated patio villa with a bright open floor plan is located in the Village of Chitty Chatty and just a short ride to the Chitty Chatty bridge. It is located on a corner lot with an additional wall for privacy. Step outside onto your oversized lanai, where you can relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. It's a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails and boasts an electronic screen as well as retractable awning with LED lights on the extended birdcage. There is also a propane gas fire pit with seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of seating for watching your favorite shows on the TV.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and, TV and primary bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and TV for your guests to enjoy. The bedrooms and baths are set up with extra linens and towels.

The home includes a BBQ grill and WiFi internet connection. With the guest ID cards provided, you can use any of the executive golf courses, or pay resident rates at the championship courses. You are also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 and over) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 of the organized activities every week offered through the recreational centers.

This home is centrally located in the villages for you to enjoy all the live nightly entertainment provided at the town squares.

*This rental does not include a golf cart. We recommend renting from The Villages Golf Cars as it is very reasonable.

Great home in wonderful condition with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Home was spotless and very comfortable. Home looked like a model and felt brand new, comfortable beds and great location close to Sawgrass and Aviary recreation centers.

Beautiful home better than a hotel
Beautiful property. Located in a great neighborhood in the Villages. It had all the amenities that you need. Very clean and comfortable home. This is way better than a hotel. We would rent this property again. Also, was wonderful to work with the owner of the home. Thank you again, Renee!

Great Vacation Home
This home is beautiful and equipped with everything I have at my home. The owners thought of everything! The home is in a great location close to a pool, walking/biking trail, restaurants & activities. The owners were very helpful with all questions and responded immediately to minor difficulties. We loved it at this home and would love to book it again when we plan to visit this area.

Race Week Relaxation
My family and I rented this house as a play to stay and unwind after my son’s training and race days in Bushnell. I cannot say enough good things about this house. It is so comfortable, clean, the owner thought of everything and was very communicative checking in to make sure we got in ok. The neighborhood is so nice and the neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t have time or energy to visit the amenities…..maybe next time.

Absolutely Amazing!
We had the best time at this particular location! The house was beautifully decorated and all necessary basics were stocked for the week. Coffee, detergent , etc. We were very pleased with this home and feel it was well worth the money. This gave us a very good start at looking into the possibility of The Villages life for us! We just scratched the surface and are looking forward to returning soon.
