Sunny family owned corner unit town home one block from exclusive Diamond Beach

Our family townhome is a sunny corner unit in the small private development of Gull Cove. Our unit hugs a culdesac perfect for kids to play and ride bikes on. It's a 1 block walk to Diamond Beach where in addition to the spectacular sand and ocean there is a restaurant, snack bar, ice cream stand and bar for adult refreshments. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner and never leave the beach! For those who prefer the pool, we have that too. There is a heated, newly renovated, saltwater pool surrounded by lounge chairs perfect for tanning, reading, or late afternoon naps.
Our unit has three bedrooms. The first-floor bedroom has a Queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom. The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bath. The third bedroom houses two twin over full bunk beds with a pirate theme perfect for kids.
The first floor has an open and inviting floor plan, a great place to relax after a hot day on the beach. There are french doors that open onto a private deck, two full sofas for plenty of seating, a dining table and chairs and of course a kitchen with all the amenities. kitchen amenities include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, and a kierg coffee maker. There is a washer/ dryer and three flat screen tv's with cable and internet. Outside there is an enclosed carport for 2 cars to park in, and an enclosed outside shower stale.
Gull Cove is within walking distance to The Light House mini gulf, ice cream shop, and bike rental. A local convenience store, South Station Market, and an island favorite pizzeria, Carrinis. There is a playground only blocks away not to mention the Jersey famous three pier boardwalk and water parks only 2 miles away.
Interested in historic Cape May? It's only a short car ride over the bridge to shopping, the lighthouse, and the vineyards of Cape May.

LOVED this condo.
This condo was wonderful for our family vacation. The layout was perfect, my two young sons stayed in the kids room which had an old tv with tapes which they loved. It was a perfect layout that we could be upstairs with the kids and my parents were downstairs with their own bathroom. We really enjoyed the small patio for coffee in the morning. The location to the beach was a little walk but not bad. The true gem was the pool. It is heated HOT and every time we went during the week we were the only ones there. We went twice a day sometimes. Really great stay would 100% rent here again.

Diamond Beach House is No Diamond in the Rough:)
Clean, well equipped beach themed home met all of our needs. Parking for two vehicles with extra garage space for chairs, umbrellas, etc. While we didn't realize we didn't have direct access to the beach, the short walk around the block to get to the very nice long walk way was very convenient. The real bathroom at the beach a plus AND there was a beach wheel chair that allowed our matriarch to make it to the beach!!!!!! The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, but what we call a "two butt" kitchen;) The large table and bench seats were my favorite features! That and the awesome fruit bowl. All beds were very comfy and we always had plenty of hot water that allowed timely showers for our whole crew. Outdoor shower allowed discreet pre clean off as well. An added plus was the salt water pool. We had a pool day and set up camp under and umbrella shaded table. Bathrooms there were nice too. Overall a fabulous stay!

Great Place to Stay in Diamond Beach
My family of 5 had a great stay at this property! The home was nicely decorated with personal touches and had everything that we needed. My youngest children especially appreciated the bunk beds. And, my bad back appreciated the supportive king mattress. My teenage step daughter loved having her own space on the first floor. The location of the townhouse is convenient to walk to the beach, mini golf, ice cream, a couple of stores, and restaurants. And, we all loved the pool after a day at the beach. Night swimming (the pool was open until 9:00!) was a real treat for our kids...and us, too! We will definitely consider staying at this property again the next time we visit Diamond Beach. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Perfect choice for our family!
This was our favorite place that we have stayed at in Wildwood Crest! Spacious yet cozy, quiet, nicely decorated end unit that was perfect for my husband and I and our two grown sons. So conveniently located a block away from the beach, market, mini-golf, and pizza. And the pool is just steps away, yet you hear no noise. All the conveniences of home and the owner even provided beach chairs and a wagon! We couldn’t have asked for more! The perfect place for a week at the beach with your family!

Nice Place
Started with a little hiccup. It was the night before the trip and still didn’t get any check-in info. I messaged Kimberly and she responded very quickly and apologetic. Check-in was very easy. Place was clean, with the exception of items left in the washing machine. Ran to Bed, Bath and Beyond to buy towels since the listing only stated bed linens were not included. After that, it was smooth sailing. House is nicely setup. Beach is a short walk and easily accessible. Pool is a great option. Location was ideal between boardwalk and Cape May. Overall, nice trip to end the summer with.

Gull cove condo
The condo and little neighborhood was great! Having the pool to use after a day at the beach was definitely a must! There was no place to eat outside the condo, just a small deck on the side but nice to sit out there at night. The only disadvantage was there was no direct access to the beach, as you had to walk up and around the block and then another block to the ocean entrance. Love Diamond Beach !

Lovely home in a great location
The home was perfect for our family. We were having a family reunion and the location was very close to my other family members. My family has spent our entire lives vacationing in Wildwood and are always pleased with beaches and attractions. The home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated and has everything you need including all necessities; including beach chairs and a enclosed 2-car carport with a bike rake and large storage area. It was great being able to leave beach gear in the carport instead of dragging it inside. It is very close to the beach but due to the multiple other condo complexes, it is a little winding distance to get to the beach. Recommend bringing a wagon to haul beach gear. The condo complex has a European feel and very friendly neighbors. Kim, the owner is very friendly and responsive.

Great Location!
Location was great! Short and easy walk to mini golf and ice cream and the store. Just a few steps to the pool. Easy walk to the beach. Lots of bedding space. Loved having our own carport and an area to store our beach equipment. Very quiet cul de sac and lots of street parking. Owners were very quick to respond with questions and any issues. Kitchen and living room area had limited space….but wasn’t a major problem for our family of 8.

Good last minute booking
Good last minute booking, our family had plans to go to California but during the pandemic we decided not to and glad we didn’t. We looked online and found this place at the last minute located in nice area weather was extremely hot That week and the only problem with the property was that the air-conditioning struggle to reach the second floor where the bedrooms were. Location had a carport for two cars which was very convenient decorated very nicely but could use a little bit of updating. At times We felt a little cramped family of five But happy with this stay overall.
