This three bedroom, two bathroom, two story town home on quiet North Station Ave is located just a short distance from beach shops, restaurants, taverns, markets, mini-golf, and the beach. Parking is always a breeze with spaces available on the street directly out front. Rinse off after a day at the beach with the outdoor shower located conveniently right by the main entry. The first floor bedroom is spacious enough for extra storage and connects with the hallway bathroom with combination tub/shower for additional privacy. Enjoy the birds chirping in the morning as you drink your coffee on the back deck or spend your evenings grilling and chatting with the neighbors across the way during cool Summer nights. Easily access the centrally located washer and dryer in the utility closet to the left of the kitchen. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare large meals and provides a great contiguous space with the dining area for entertaining. The living area with a mounted 42” flatscreen television above the natural gas fireplace, and overhead skylight provided a great space to unwind after a long day at the beach. The bright and open second floor overlooks the living area below, perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones while running upstairs for a moment. The kids room with the Pyramid Bed overlooks the reeds and wildlife of the bay. (Although a television is missing in the pictures, a 35” flatscreen television is brought in during the Summer) The second floor hallway bathroom with combination tub/shower adjoins to the Master Bedroom and enters into a large dual closet area for additional clothing and linen storage.
Although the property owner(s) do not provide beach tags to The Beach Club at Diamond Beach or The ICONA Diamond Beach, Wildwood Crest’s beaches are free and access is provided closest off Jefferson Ave. Once on the beach, you can simply walk towards North Station Ave as nobody will restrict your ability to potentially patronize one of their beach eateries. We apologize, the condo association states tenants are not permitted pets and there are no exceptions.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC
The VRBO network is an advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both owner and tenant then your reservation is final.
The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
