We were very happy with accommodations. Had a slight view of ocean on 2nd floor, but beach has a lot of high dunes and hotels sit pretty far back from ocean. I will consider 3rd or 4th floor next visit. Cant say enough about the super friendly staff and the cleanliness of hotel. The only minor complaint was coffe station closes way too early, at 730 a.m. should consider an hour or 2 later, as hubby sleeps in after 730.

Pan American hotel in Wildwood Crest, NJ was very updated while maintaining that “old world” feel. It doesn’t pertain to me, but we found there was no designated smoking area. I think some might appreciate a designated smoking area like other properties have!

Liked our room, though it was rather small. The water pressure of the shower was rather soft, and the dial to change pressure too high for spouse to reach. Liked that the microwave was in a closet, so the light of the clock did not bother us at night. The pool was comfortably warm with lots of room.
